"The feelings are mutual"

"Hey beautiful lady!!" A familiar voice hits Avni's ears. "Hey Mr Mayfield!"

Ivan places his hand on his heart pretending to be hurt.
"Why do you have to call me that beautiful lady. My poor heart hurts!! Call me Ivan, lady" He pouts.

"Why you are sad?!" Asked Aarvi.
"Because your mother don't understand my feelings" he said picking the little one in his arms.
Avni laughed and ordered her cheesecake.

Ivan picked Aarvi with him and went to bring her order. 
Avni sat on a table near the window with a book in her hand.

She placed her hand on her pregnancy bulge which was showing up. She was lost in her thoughts when her order was placed in front of her.

She smiled as Aarvi was beside her eating ice cream and Ivan sat in front seat.

"So?! How's the little person?" Avni took a bite and moaned quietly as the flavours burst in her mouth. "It's good. The doctor also said that the baby is healthy."

She took another bite quickly as she was loving the cake. "Woah....cool down. No one is gonna steal it." He laughed

"Can't risk it" she joked. "So....-" before she could continue Aarvi shouted "Hello Mr neighbour"

Neil frowned as he looked at the cafe in front of him. It was looking like someone puked rainbow on it.

He scrunched his nose and went inside anyway. As soon as he went in he was welcomed with a loud shout.

"Hello Mr neighbour."

He frowned and looked for the owner of the voice. His eyes settled on the woman who was also frowning seeing him. Displeasure was written on her face seeing him.

Wow! The feelings are mutual.

His eyes travelled next to her on the little human who was sitting on his friend's lap.

Aarvi waved at him enthusiastically. He awkwardly waved at her not knowing what to do.

"Hey bitch...come here!!" Neil frowned at his word of choices. He looked at the person next to him and thought that should he go there or not.

Because God,kids are nuisance and this kid's case, the mother is also a nuisance.

He heard Ivan shouting to go there. He pinched his between his eyebrows and went near them before he could shout something stupid.

Avni let out a frustrated sigh when the man she hoped to never see again sat in front of her.

He was clearly displeased seeing her  here.

Same dude.....same

Her conscience screamed and she stopped herself from nodding at herself.

Ivan beamed "Hey dude,you know this is Avni. My bestie and Avni,this is Neil. Oh I forgot to introduce her....she's Aarvi. Avni's daughter and she lives-" Neil cut him off

"Near Golden Gate,Park street House no/23" Ivan gasped. "Oh my fucking god!!!"

Avni winched at his word choices and took Aarvi from him and gave her some earphones. Ivan pouted at her before continuing.

"Are you stalking her,OMG!!!" He slapped shut his mouth and looked at Neil in horror who was also frustrated as Avni.

"Oh my god! Avni you should go to police"

"Police?!" She asked being surprised. "Yeah police" he nodded.

"What if this stalking become serious and he becomes obsessed with you and it goes on serious levels" He gasped dramatically at his over dramatic thoughts.

Neil clicked his tongue being so done with his nonsense talks.

"I can give you guarantee that I'll never become obsessed with this woman"
he said pointing his finger on Avni who glared at him.

"And secondly I'm definitely not stalking her."

"Then how do you know her address" Ivan raised his eyebrows and asked in a detective manner that Avni almost laughed at.

"Because I'm that unfortunate man who's her neighbour" Neil said in a duh tone.

Ivan sighed in relief dramatically.
Avni muttered under her breath "Yeah!! Like I'm dying to be your neighbour" It was enough loud to hear everyone on the table.

Ivan snorted and Neil glared at him. Aarvi who was unaware of all this looked at her mother in confusion who was happily chewing her cheesecake again.

Ivan sipped his cold coffee and nodded at the newly found information that Neil and Avni are neighbours.

He kept the coffee on the table and suddenly clapped his hands together on the table startling others.

"Oh my god,I can't even believe it my two besties are now neighbours. Oh my goodness,I'm so happy now I can visit you both together and we can have lovely weekends together and-"
Before he could blabber more he was cut off.

"No!!" Avni and Neil shouted same time. They looked at eachother and nodded. "We can't spend weekend together" Neil deadpanned.

"But why?" Ivan pouted. "Because I can't spend my precious weekend with this man" Avni pointed on Neil.

"Yeah and weekend is supposed to rest and chill not getting irritated by unwanted people" Neil pointed out.

Ivan sighed and pouted "Not even for me?"

"No"

"Not even for you."

Ivan again sighed.

Won't they be able to bear eachother ever?

He thought.

Sorry for a short chapter and soooooo late update but I promise I'll update frequently
