What is pain?
Was it pain when they starved her
Or when they beat her black and blue
How about that time they slit her skin with that silver knife
Did they have pleasure in making her worthless
And who can forget the time he walked in on her right as the knife slit her vein at her own will
He loves her
She wants to be dead
His heart aches as she sobbed in his arms yelling for him to kill her
He cries.
But he doesn't give up on her....
I now know what pain is.
