I told you my heart is not a puzzle,
But it was puzzling you.
I told you my heart was two pieces broken,
And so you matched the two.You picked up the pieces,
And you them into a perfect fit.
You showed my heart like a prize,
And I let you have it.We gambled like monopoly,
And later tick tac toed as in XOX.
You solved me like an equation.
Solved me then made me your ex.I realized this wasn't "Operation."
My heart is not a game.
You slowly started fading,
And put my heart to shame. You did what every bored child would do,
You tore me up again.
Now my heart hurts,
Because it's a puzzle in pain.
