Chapter 7

-Flashback 3-

Zenyth(5): Hey Mom can we go shopping for my first

day of Akadymi?

Rosabelle: Sure. We can go tomorrow.

Zenyth(5): *shocked* <I thought mom would say

no?! I expected her to say no. That my clothes were

fine anyway like how it is. Maybe if she was in a good

mood she would give me money so I could get some

on my own... but never had I ever thought she might

want to actually take me!>

Zenyth(5): Wait. Mom are you serious?!?! You mean

it? *still expects her to back out and prepping for her

not to show or forget tomorrow and trying not to get

his hopes up*

Rosabelle: Sure why not? I have a surprise for you

anyway planned for tomorrow.

Zenyth(5); Really!? Thanks! I wanna know the

surprise. Can you tell me?!

Rosabelle: <I guess it wouldn't hurt> Okay well... I

was planning on taking you to the science museum

in Gaashinarko. But just to celebrate before you start

Akadymi! It'll be fun! I asked for tomorrow off of

work so then we can have fun at the museum and we

can go shopping for Akadymi! How does that sound?

Zenyth(5): *visibly trying to not be hopeful* Ah yes!

That sounds so fun mom! (shaking with fear and

excitement)

-Next Day-

Zenyth(5): *trying not to be hopeful* Hey mom!

Rosabelle: Hey Zenny. How did you sleep?

Zenyth(5): *shocked* <w-what? Did I hear that

right? Well, I slept like crap but when did she start

so care?>

Zenyth(5): Oh! Well I slept really well, thanks mom.

Rosabelle: So do you want to go shopping first? Or

go to the Gaashinarko Science Museum.

Zenyth(5):Oh ummmm, can we go shopping first?

Rosabelle: Yeah of course Zenny. It's a special day

for you.

Zenyth: Can we go now?

Rosabelle: Of course Zenny.

Narrator: They then leave to go to the store.

-In the shop-

Zenyth(5):Mom can I pick out my outfits?(points at

a dinosaur shirt) I want this one!

Rosabelle:(checks price) Okay sure that should

work! Make sure they are big enough for you,okay?

Narrator: Zenyth and his mom spend half of the

morning shopping for Akadymi supplies and new

clothes. They had so much fun together and laughed

for the first time since his parents had died. Zenyth

thought that Mom would change since they had a

good fun experience that day. Little did he know his

whole world would change again. That his mom was

'apologizing in advance' for what she would do for

the rest of his life or not do.

-at the museum-

Zenyth(5): mom look! There is a fossil area! And a

human evolution area! Look a plane simulation!

AND there is a pre-darkness era area!!! Can I go see

them all?

Rosabelle: <man, he reminds me of Jade and

Alyxxander so much. They were always adventurous

and curious. He got both their smarts too...> Sure

let's go! Which one do you wanna see first?

Zenyth(5): Can we go to the Pre-Darkness Era Area?

Rosabelle: Of course we can Zenny.

Narrator: Zenyth and his mom made their way to the

Pre-Darkness Era room.

Zenyth(5): Wow! This is so cool! What kinda plant is

that? Who are those people? (points at a monument

and all the names on it) Do you know anyone?

Rosabelle: (sees Jade and Alyxxander's names on the

monument.) Yeah some of them.

Zenyth(5): (notices shift in atmosphere) oh I'm sorry

mom. I didn't mean to make you sad.

Rosabelle: It's okay Zenny. Mom isn't super sad. (Fake smiles)

Zenyth(5): Okay mom... hey look at that!

Narrator: This continues for the rest of the day and

Zenyth continues to explore the museum.

-after they visit the museum-

Zenyth(5): Hey mom. I had lots of fun today. I wish

we did this more often. I-I-I kinda miss you.

Rosabelle: <well I can't help that. And I can't do This

anymore.> ...that's okay. Now, let's go home shall
we?

-end flashback 3-
