Our 11 year old HM was just blankly hearing all this while a lady was carrying her away from the building
HM was just lost in her own world, blank and unexpressive...
She along with all the other kids were taken to a place where they could stay, there were doctors who could treat them and help them get out of the shock
All the arrangements were very good, all the children were given good clothes and some sweet nurses, the police force on the other side tried to find the families of the children
HM:(sitting blankly, just hearing the conversations of two nurses)
Nurse 1: minister sahab kitne acche haina dekho to inn bacchon ka itna dhyaan rakh rahe hai
Nurse2: haan aur sabke family members ko bhi contact Kiya
Doc:(coming from behind) sach kaha aapne aajkal itne acche log nahi milte. Ab inn bacchon ko 2 ya 3 din mein inke family members leke jayenge
Nurse1 brought HM near the doctor, she was checking her scratches
Nurse2: ma'am vo 2 bacche Jo ab anarth hogaye hai, vo(with a sad tone) orphanage chale gaye kya?
Doc: ji lekin aapko kya hua
Even though HM was not responding, she was listening to them
Nurse1:(placing her hand on nurse1 shoulder) are inko vo ek bacchi bohot pasand aagayi madam
Doc: accha?? Konsi bacchi
Nurse2: are madam bohot pyari bacchi thi, maa baap ko kho diya lekin ek baar bhi nahi royi
Doc: accha?? (Looks at HM) aapka hogaya beta
That day the minister came to visit the children
Doc: namaste sir aap yaha... I mean aapne itni takleef kyu uthaayi hame boldiya hota agar kuch chahiye hota
Minister arrived with security and some media

Minister (St): are nahi madam ji hum to bas inn bacchon se milne aaye the
Nurse2: sir aapne pehle hi inn bacchon ke liye itna kuch Kiya hai...aajkal kon itna karta hai anjaan logo ke liye
Minister: ji nahi humne koi bada kaam nahi Kiya hai...sach kahe to inki iss haalat ke zimmedar hum hai

Nurse1: nahi nahi sir aap jitne bade dil vale humne aajtak nahi dekha
HM and other kids were watching all this
After some time minister left...
Two days passed like this..by now many children already left home and many family members were arriving to take children back home
HM was just sitting alone
Nurse: are ye (looks at HM) beta aapke Ghar se koi aayega??
HM didn't respond
Nurse: beta???
HM looks at her, shook her head
Nurse:(with teary eyes) koi nahi hai ?
HM again shook her head
The nurse left
Within some time she came back with a man
Nurse: beta aapko inke saath jaana hoga(holds HM's palm and gives it to the man)
HM stood and silently followed that man. The man tried to make jokes but HM didn't even look at him
They sat in a car and left to some place....after some time the man woke HM who fell asleep during the journey
HM:(reading a board on the building) sunflower orphanage
She got down and a lady of about the age of 30 came to her
Lady: hello beta! Mein hu Nina tum mujhe daima bula sakti ho
HM just looked at her
Daima(DM): (looks at the man) shyam ye kuch bol kyu nahi rahi
Shyam(SH): pata nahi maiddam vo doctar(are mujhe pata hai doctor hota hai but imagine he is talking in the way I have spelled the words here)
doctar bol rahe the ki inko vo..vo..shuk laga hai
HM and DM both looked at him confusedly
DM: kya laga hai??
Sh: are vo Jo bijli ki taar ko choo ke lagta hai
DM:jatka??
HM looked at daima
Sh: vo doctar ji ne kuch aur bola tha
DM: shock??
Sh: haaannnnn
They enter the orphanage
DM: kya naam hai aapka??
HM didn't reply
DM looks at shyam
Sh: Haseena Mallik
DM:(looking at her hand) ye haath mein konsa file hai??
Haseena looked at that file, tears filled her eyes making her vision blur. It was the first time she was about to cry after that incident
She started crying and ran outside
Shyam was about to follow her but daima stopped him
DM: abhi sadme se bahar nikli hai shyaam usko thodi se akela rehne do
Sh: ji...vaise ma'am ji inko sadma laga tha??
DM:(slightly annoyed) abhi aapne hi to bataya tha ki shock laga tha (sh looked confused) shock matlab jhatka (shyaam was still confused) jhatka matlab sadma hota hai shyaam...
Sh: accchaaaaaaa!!! Ab samjhe

Other side HM was sitting under a tree and crying
She looked at the file her mother gave her , she started crying even more
HM: a..am..ammi (between sobs) kyu cho..chodke chale gaye...ab..abbu kaha gaye...meine suna tha orphanage to vahi log aate haina j..jo akele hote hai
ji..jinka koi nah..nahi hota (crying even more)
Just then she felt somebody's hands on her chin which forced her to lift her face, but that hand lifted her face very gently
HM's eyes were full of tears, she was confused and trying to see clearly
Just then she heard a cute voice of a child
Child:(in a very cute voice) ro mat...
