(hugs DM from behind) di thik hai ma

DM:(more teary) jaante hai lekin kitna bhi koshish karle aajtak kabhi uske Dil mein jagah nahi bana paaye

Ks:(completely confused) ye aap kya keh rahe hai ma...di aapse bohot zyada pyar karte hai aur bohot izzat bhi karte hai

Daima just shook her head gently

Ks: are ma unke aankhon mein saaf dikhta hai ki kitni izzat karte hai aapki

DM switched off the gas stoves ignoring ks
Ks gently made DM turn towards her

Ks: kuch to kahiye

DM: kuch nahi beta...tu ye sab bhul ja

Ks:(irritatedly) kya chod do... Aur ye kya bakwas kar rahe hai aap aur ....aur ye befisool ki baatein kab se chal Rahi hai aapke dimaag mein???

DM: tu chod na...ye soup hasu ko deke aa nahi to thandi hojaayegi

Ks: (sternly) ma! Aap pehle chaliye

(holds dm's hand and takes her to the living room and made her sit on the couch and she sat near her leg )

DM: (controlling her tears) ye kya zabardasti hai beta

Ks: ab sab sach sach batao

Daima gave her a sigh hoping ks would stop the discussion but ks was confidently and keenly looking at her

DM:(giving up) thik hai... Puch Jo puchna hai

Ks: yahi ki kyu lagta hai aapko ki di pyaar nahi karte aapse

DM: pyaar karti hai jaante hai ....bas (hesitating)

Ks: bas?? Bas kya

DM:bas kabhi dil se nahi apnaya

Ks: maa di bohot pyar karte hai aapse aur bohot izzat bhi karte hai aapki...itna pyaar to sirf apne karte hai na aur itna dhyaan rakhte hai (continuously without giving a break)
Aur kabhi aavaz oonchi karke baat nahi ki aur kabhi pareshan nahi Kiya aapko

Ks was speechless hearing this, it was true that hm loved and adored daima but never called her ma

Ks: (trying to reason with it) maa h..hum d..di

Dm: nahi Karu...izzat karna pyaar karna to hum parai insaan se bhi kar sakte hai na

Ks: ye kya keh rahe hai aap

DM: sach keh rahi hu...tum ne sach kaha kabhi mujhe pareshan nahi Kiya hasu ne kabhi avaas oonchi karke baat nahi ki aur kabhi taang bhi nahi keenchi meri
(Looking straight into ks's eyes)
Par kya vo sach mein pyar karti hai ya bas isliye aise rehti hai kyunki usko lagta hai meine uspe ehsaan kiya hai

Ks was controlling her tears in her eyes, she never thought that this could be a reason

DM: Karu tu to tang karti haina pareshan karti hai...naak mein dum karke rakh deti hai meri
Par (placing her palm on ks's cheek) tum to isliye karti ho kyunki tumne mujhe Dil se apnaya hai...hasu kabhi nahi karti ye sab

Ks was completely blank, she just hugged DM tightly and DM started crying

Ks: ma hume nahi pata ki kya kahe...hum di se baat karte hai

DM: nahiiii

Releasing from the hug

DM: iss baarime haseena se koi baat nahi karogi tum samjhi??

Ks: par ma ye zaruri hai unko pata hona chahiye

DM: nahi tum wada Karo ki iss baarime koi baat nahi karogi

DM: wada karo.

Ks: (helplessly) thik hai

DM:(wiping her tears) ab soup leke ja garam kar deti hu (about to wake up)

Ks:(holds dm's hand) aap rukiye hum garam kar denge aur de denge

She took the soup to HM's room after heating it
At room.
HM was sleeping
Ks woke her and gave her the soup

HM:(accepting the soup) thank you

Ks: your welcome

They had some funny chit chats and went to sleep

Next day morning:

HM was reading a file in the living room
Daima had already taken leave the previous day so she was watching her serial 😑 and our ks was busy reading Wattpad story by me 😛 #self_promotion

Suddenly dhum tanana... Bgm started playing from the tv

HM and ks turned towards the tv with an annoyed look
Then they looked at daima who was lost in her serial and finally at each other

HM&ks: daima/maaaaa

DM:(watching the serial) haan

HM: please volume kar dijiye na daima...hume bohot disturb horaha hai

Ks: haan ma bohot disturbing hai ye aur ye sab kya bakwas serials dekhte rehte ho...ye terrace se hero ke godi mein kaise giri

HM: chiku serials mein logic kyu dhundh rahe hai aap

DM: shush!! Kitna bakbak karti rehti ho dekhne do mujhe...aur itna irritate horaha hai to hasu room mein jaake kaam karo
Still looking at the tv
Aur khabardaar Jo mere bahu ki saas (name of serial) ke baarime kuch bhi kaha vaise bhi baithke phone hi dekh Rahi hai (This was for Karu)

Ks and HM looked at each other while controlling their laughter because DM just loves her serial so much

There was ad being played now so daima put tv on mute

Ks: (teasingly) are di dekhne do inko...shayad ye bahu ki story dekh ke inko apni adhuri love story yaad aati hai

HM looked at ks and then DM and again at ks
DM was just hearing ks

Ks: agar hamare ma ke saiyyan ji hote to ye serial dekhna hi nahi padta unko

HM:(playing along with her) matlab??

Ks: are life mein romance hi romance hota to serial mein dhundhne ki zarurat hi nahi padti inko

HM: bilkul sahi kaha

Now DM woke up from the chair

nearest to tv, Ks was nearest to her so she hit her with a pillow

DM: shetaan ladki 18 ki hai aur romance ki baatein karti hai... dekha hi kya hai zindagi mein tumne?

Ks:(covering her face to save from pillow attack) are I'm an adult mere age ki ladkiyon ka romantic life bohot accha chal raha hota hai

HM&DM: (shocked ) kyaaa???

Ks: (confusedly) haan

HM:(strictly, #sister-mode-on) chiku ye kya keh rahe hai aap?? Kisi ke saath koi chakkar to nahi chal raha aapka??

DM:(shocked) kyaaa
