A/n pov

There was a lot of rush in the royal palace today because today the prince is going hunting for the first time.
The prince's horse was ready to go hunting.

Today the prince is dressed like a soldier. He went hunting. After some time he came to the forest.

Suddenly he heard a sound  from the grass and mistaking it for a wild animal, he shout an arrow towards it.

He was proud of himself because he had killed the wild animal with just one arrow. The accompanying soldiers started praising him.

But his pride did not last long when he dismounted from the horse he saw a little girl instead of a wild animal.

He rushed to the girl. He checked her and luckily she was still breathing. He was horrified by all this because an innocent person had been harmed by him. If he wants to be a good king in the future, he must protect the people of the kingdom, right?

He picked her up with his trembling hands and brought her to the royal palace on his own horse. He immediately brought her to the royal physician.

He completely ignored the strange looks people were giving him while bringing her.

He was eagerly waiting outside while doctor was examining her. Seeing doctor coming out after a while, he asked the doctor about the girl.

“how is she now doctor? ”

“she hasn't come to her senses. Luckily the arrow hit her stomach on the left side. If the arrow had hit a little higher, her heart would have been damaged, but now she is fine, there is no need to fear. She will recover soon. Don't worry.” he bowed and left.

It has been two days today but she has not come to her senses. Theses two days were hardest days of his life.
The thought of hurting an innocent person at his own hands was eating him inside.

While he was sitting in his father's Royal Court, a soldier came to him and whispered something in his ear which surprised him.

When he opened the door, he found her innocently looking into the unfamiliar room.

“how are you feeling now?”

She was startled by a sudden noise as she was looking out the window.

“I'm fine now. Um where am in? ” she seems scared of him while asking.

“please don't be afraid. You are in the royal palace.
You are safe here.”

He sat near her and took her right hand in his hands and said
“please forgive me. I did not shoot the arrow knowing you ,it hit you by mistake.”

He lowered his head with guilt but immediately raised his head to look at her as soon as he heard her voice.

“I forgive you.” she said smiling sweetly.

She stayed there till she fully recovered. While she was there, she and princes become good friends. He was always with her but she missed her home.

One day the king understood everything and send some soldiers to search for her family.

When her father came to take her home, he told him that she was lost and wandered in forest.

He watched her go from a distance with a heavy heart. But before leaving, he promised her that he would never forget her.

Many years passed but even today he could not forget her. All these years he tried to find her but always failed. She was the most beautiful thing that happened in his life. She was most beautiful memory in his mind.

One day he was walking around the kingdom with some soldiers at the behest of the king. He wore very simple clothes and walked on foot instead of riding a horse.

And finally the prince found his princess.
