I woke up early today as I was going to surprise my daughter Gracie to go see her favourite person today.
I got up from my bed and put my slides on and went to my daughters room to see if she is awake, I opened to the slowly to see and she was awake playing with her horses I walked up to her and she wasn't wearing her hearing aids she isn't the biggest fan of them but not many people know she is deaf, she been deaf all her life she is now 3 years old, so I learned sign language in my spare time for my daughter and my dad did as well which I'm very grateful for.
I put Gracie hearing aids in for her.
"Hiya baby did you have a good sleep?" I asked her while signing.
"Yess I did mummy" she said while signing back to me.
"That's good sweetie, should we go get ready and go out for breakfast yeah?" I asked her while signing.
I've always did sign language to Gracie while I talk to her just in case she doesn't understand my lip reading, I've been doing it for a while now I have.
"Yess please mummy!" She said while jumping up and down.
"Let's go get dressed then yeah?" I told her, she nodded in agreement and we went to go get ready.
While we were getting ready I decided to check if my parcel had arrived for Gracie for her birthday which is on 21st October.

Gracie and I got ready, we both head to our favourite cafe and we sat down outside.
"Gracie baby what do you want to eat" I asked her.
"A waffle with strawberries and capri-sun" she replied while I let her on my phone watch kids YouTube.
"Okay sweetie" I said to her, I was looking at the menu looking for what I wanted to have for breakfast.
"Hello excuse me, do you want me to take your order as I was you with your daughter and I assumed you didn't want to leave her outside by herself" the kind waiter said to me.
"Oh thank you that is very kind of you, could I get a avocado toast with a poached egg with a banana and oats smoothie and, for my daughter could I please get a waffle with strawberries on top and a capri-sun please?" I asked her politely.
"Yeah of course you can, umm what flavour capri-sun would she like?" She asked me.
"Gracie baby, what flavour capri-sun would you like?" I asked Gracie while signing to her.
"Orange flavour please mummy!" She said while signing back to me.
"Okay on orange capri-sun coming right up for one pretty little girl!" She said to both of us kindly.
"Thank you" I said to hear.
"I will bring that out for you when it's ready" she said while walking away.
When the nice waiter walked away I couldn't help but smile at myself they are some nice people out there in this world, when it comes to my daughter not many people are very kind to her which I never liked.
After 10-15 minutes our food arrived.
"And here you go one waffle with strawberries on top with and capri-sun" she said while put the plate on the table for Gracie.
"Yay waffle, thank you" my daughter said while signing to the waiter.
"Your very welcome" she replied to her.
"And here is your avocado on toast with a poached egg, banana and oat's smoothie" she said to me.
"Thank you very much" I said while smiling.
I toke my phone off Gracie while we were eating we finish our food and went to pay for our food.
"Hiya I'm here to pay for mine and my daughter food" I said while Grace was hugging onto me.
"Ahh yes that will be £15.78p please" she said to me.
"Perfect also do you take any tips?" I asked her.
"Well I can go ask my boss" she said confused I nodded and she went to go get her boss.
"Hi how can I help you?" Her boss asked me.
"I was wondering do you do tips, as I wanted to give her a tip for being so kind to my daughter" I said while smiling.
"They usually don't get any tips wow okay" before I could finish her boss said.
"It's only gonna be £50, as she was really kind to me and my daughter" I said.
"Wow thank you" the waiter said while a big smile on her face.
"Don't worry I'm happy there are some nice people about" I said while I paid and give her a tip.
