~𝔸𝕕𝕒𝕝𝕪𝕟𝕟 ℂ𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣 ~
8 years have passed since I had to leave my home. Leave my world. The creature that had slapped me was severely punished, which till this day I do not know what the punishment was. I was kidnapped when I was born, by my aunt who claimed to be my mother. Lynn was once the name of a little girl I played as. Now everything has changed. I am not Lynn, my real name, since birth is Adalynn. Even though it is only adding three letters to my name, I prefer Lynn more. I had only lived with that name for eleven years, but many things had happened. Many memories I cherish. This world was what I longed since I was a child, to be a magical fairy princess, but they were only wishes. I didn't know it would come true. How would my old family react, if they only knew, would they bow down to me or would I still be a disgrace to them? It is common for a child to dream to be a princess, but is it normal for a teen to dream it too. To want to wear beautiful dresses, to have magical powers, to build their own fairytale. Sometimes when I awake I cannot believe what I see is real, what I am is real. Nothing has really changed about status. I am still a child with parents who are well known, but I am known too now. My curtains of being hidden away have been taken. All three kingdoms know my name, and know that Adalynn, daughter of the Terrain kingdom had been found. Terrain is the kingdom of land, it means, a geographic area. The ether is the kingdom of the sky, it means, the upper regions of air beyond the clouds. The last kingdom is the kingdom of the sea, aquatic, which means, living in or often found in water. There is more about this world that my mind cannot take, like how I can make a flower bloom. Many were shocked when I was able to control my powers in a short amount of time. My skills impressed my teachers so well.
"How did you get better than me." Astra cries. It only made me laugh more. "See Siren, I should be a comedian."
"If your dad lets you, that is. Also Astra, you never revise. You're such a joke."
"A funny one! You have to admit it, I am hilarious." I put my results in my bag, then looked up at my friends, who are having another war. I hold my bag close to my chest. I couldn't help but feel that something was missing. Something was wrong. I shake my head. It's probably just my head. "Hey Lynn, you good." I was so lost line thought that I hadn't realised that they had stopped fighting. Like I said before, I prefer being called Lynn, so told my friends to call me that. As for my mother, she'd prefer to call me by my real name, for me to not forget who I am.
"Yeah, I'm good." I look up at my friends who are now silent. I take a deep breath. "Have you guys wondered, what it would be like or if we were able to.....make a portal to another world." Astra's eyes lit up, she jumped in joy.
"Girl, that is something I've always wanted you to say. You're always like 'that's too dangerous', or 'we can die from this', or 'what do you think our parents would say about this.'" Siren slapped his hand on her mouth then looked at me.
"What's with the sudden thought." I sighed.
"I grew up in another world, and I can't forget about it. I just wonder if it'll be the same."
"C'mon Siren, don't say you're backing out."
"No one is going anywhere." He finalised. "If we were to vanish, then our parents would demolish each and every universe to find us." Of course he wouldn't allow us. We are like his sisters. He doesn't want us hurt or caught in trouble. But then I remembered the fright in sister Arya's eyes. How I screamed and cried to be saved. How I hated my aunt for what she'd done to me. How I'd cried myself in bed and Arya would come and hold me close. She is my mortal cousin, but it felt as if she truly were my blood sister. I can't leave her. I need her.
"I have a different class than you two." Astra whined. "Why does this always happen?"
