Sun, where was he? Sun was sat in his own room, pacing back and forth as his legs craved to rest. Sun's arms shook as he just held his hands on his head anxiously, his rays closing into his head more to make space for his hands.
"..Stars what am I going to do? I- what can I do! I'm so useless," Sun mumbled to himself, thinking of what to do made his brain panic with the possibilities and the 'inevitable' doom. Sun shuttered a bit,"I- uh, m-maybe I can go visit Lunar! Check in on him and Moon, yeah they wouldn't mind!"
Sun just placed his hands onto his face, sliding his hands down his face. "..Ahhh who am I kidding here? They wouldn't want to see me, I'd be wasting their time and- I, I wouldn't like that, but Lunar is my brother to! Yeah! Pull yourself together Sun, let's go see your little brother!" Sun let go of his face, his previously anxious and fearful expression changing into a false cheerful one.
He stepped out of his own yellow room and into the hallway that had connected all the daycare attendant's rooms. Making his way over to a cloud related room, colored light blue. Sun grabbed the doorknob and twisted it.
The sounds of sobs and sniffles immediately were met with his hearing sensors as he slowly took a step in. His code was screaming at him to comfort whoever was crying, it was Lunar.
Lunar sat curled up in a ball, holding onto a wire that was attached to their head and into a familar computer. Sun just gave a soft smile towards Lunar, making sure he didn't move too quickly to startle his brother, he crouched down infront of them.
Lunar's unfamiliar eyes seemed to slowly make their way over to focus on Sun, registering Sun was there. Lunar's sobs slowly slowed down as Sun opened his arms out towards Lunar, signaling for the blue bot to hug him.
Lunar stared hesitantly at Sun, why was Lunar so hesitant? Sun didn't want to question that, they didn't normally have a problem with hugs, Lunar was fine- Sun was just overreacting, that's all!
Lunar paused for a moment as they quickly hugged Sun back. Sun let out a relieved sigh, staring at the wire he pulled it out from Lunar's head. His brother just let out a garbled noise as they sobbed into Sun's chest, holding onto Sun for dear life.
Sun just slowly rubbed circles into Lunar's back, Sun would ask Lunar on why they were crying- but that'd be a later issue, now he just need to comfort his little brother.
It took a few moments before Lunar seemed to calm down, their sobs had stopped as they just sniffled. Lunar finally lifted their head off Sun's chest, staring up at Sun with blurry and watery(more like oily) eyes. Sun just pat Lunar on the head,"You alright, Lunar?" Sun asked slowly in a abnormally calm tone,
Lunar just stared blankly at Sun for a moment, before just wiping their eyes again. "I-I, I wan' Clipsy.." Lunar managed out a small sentence, enough for Sun to take the hint.
Sun just sighed as he just let go of Lunar's head,"Lulu, Clipsy is busy doing things currently so I don't know exactly where he is either, would you like to go find him with me?" Sun tilted his head with a soft smile, just wanting to cheer up his younger brother.
Lunar seemed to brighten up at Sun's words, audibly gasping as they stood up beginning to jump and down. "Yes yes! I want to go find Clipsy!" Lunar smiled, their tail swayed behind them
Sun seemed to quickly forget the fact he had to ask Lunar why they were crying in the first place, being distracted by a glimpse of Lunar's tail, but in those few seconds Sun was pretty sure that Lunar's tail was a flower.
..But that was a later thing, right? Yeah, Sun took Lunar's hand into his as he stood up, beginning to walk towards the door of the room. Sun walked out the room, but Lunar stayed back in for some reason. Sun stared back at Lunar. "Is everything alright Lunar?"
Lunar stared up at Sun and shook their head,"No, I think brother Moon added barrier thingies with magic.." Lunar looked at the ground sadly, their tail also sadly lowered behind them. Sun's own expression saddened,"..How about this? I leave you alone with Spigot, I haven't seen you play with him in awhile." Sun pointed on a nearby shelf at a small reindeer plushie.
Lunar looked over at the plushie and gasped again,"Oh my stars, I forgot about him! Noooo! Spigoott!!" Lunar whined, realizing they had neglected and forgotten about the plush. Lunar jumped up on a stool and grabbed the plush off the shelf.
Grabbing a nearby beanbag chair they placed it infront of where Sun was standing,"I'll wait here!" Lunar smiled as they leaned back more.
Sun just giggled,"Uhuh, well you do that and I need to go find a certain someone for ya! Be right back Lunar, stay safe," Sun ruffled Lunar's hat, Lunar snickered in response. Before Sun went back up to the door, opening it he just waved a quick goodbye to Lunar before walking out and shutting the door behind himself, leaving Lunar in there.
Honestly to Sun, it was hard to believe that this was the same animatronic being held in his own room because he hurt a child, it was confusing for Sun, he didn't think he was the smartest anyway.. that was Moon's thing! So Sun didn't think much on it, just trying to focus on the task at hand which was finding Eclipse, and Moon hopefully.
Sun continued walking.
If only Sun had actually decided to do everything he said in his own mind, maybe he would've found out more. :{
