Chapter 2: Unexpected

(Minori church)

"I will...I love you too." Yn replied and headed out of the door with his bag. He had everything he needed and waved goodbye.

There he was now, walking to school. He was going to meet up with Mizuki and An to figure his schedule out! Yn's mood improved when he thought about Rui and Akito. He was a major Vivid Bad Squad and even got a high five from Akito one day!

"I can't wait to-"

Thud.

"Oya watch it-oh, L/N?" A familiar voice rung in Yns head as Yn was on the ground from how hard the two people collided.

"You watch it pun..." Yn snapped back and once he looked up that's where they regretted everything.

Akito Shinonome.

"Shinonome! I'm so sorry!" Yn quickly stood up and bowed to him in embarrassment. He was trying to hide his red face but Akito had already saw it.

"Please, call me Akito. No need to be formal, are you okay though? You fell pretty hard." Akito's face was a chuckling laughter to now a serious one.

"I'm fine thank you, I wasn't watching where I was going that's all." Yn was able to regain his composure and gave a reassuring smile at him.

"Well if you say so, and if you don't mind me asking, You're going to Kamiyama now right? An told me and by your uniform, it says it all." Akito tools step towards Yn to get a better look and looked up and down at his uniform.

"Yep! An and I are going to meet right before classes for I don't know what reason to go over my schedule. Why does she have to go over it RIGHT when class starts is a question I even have for myself. Eh, I'm just hoping I get somebody I know." Yn shrugged and went to go pick up his bag that fell but right when he placed a hand he felt another hand on his.

YN looked up to see Akito also picking it up and they just stood there frozen. Both of them, no movement could be detected from either of them.

"Are you going to grab it or not?" They said in unison before laughing at how they sounded

"I got it thank you Akito-senpai." Yn picked up the bag and slung it over his shoulder. Their keychains shimmering in the rising sunlight

"Mhm, wait do you have keychains of VBS?!" Akito looked at the keychains, the ones that were on were Meiko, Akito, Airi, Rui, and Mizuki. (A/N: No Leo/Need because let's pretend they haven't put merch out yet when really I just don't feel like putting it.)

"Oh yeah! I was able to get one of you and of course An but I lost the An one in my room and trying to find a Toya and Kohane keychain. You guys inspire me a lot hehe~" Yn chirped while showing off his lil keychains

"That's nice, I feel honored to be shown!" Akito did his 1* smile and looked at Yn after clearing his throat. "Should we walk to school together? I have to pick up Toya because he usually walks with me but I'm sure he wouldn't mind." The ginger pointed forwards and glanced at the sidewalk.

"Sure!" Yn stepped by his side and realized how tall Akito really isn't compared to Yn. "You're Not that tall compared to me."

(I'm doing you short people justice with Akito but when you meet Toya and Rui it's all over for you guys /srs Yn is between Tsukasa's and Akito's height btw)

"Yeah, when An talked about you I expected you to be short but when I kept seeing you around I was disappointed because I'm afraid you'll be taller than me." Akito kept showing his "nice guy" persona. He would obviously drop the act when Toya arrived.

"I hope I am, therefore I can finally bully you about something." Yn chuckled and they kept making small talk along the way to Toya's house and school.

Once arriving outside of his house Akito was saying how An calls Yn her pookie and how Kohane is her pookie bear.
