Naruto is waiting for the other kages to arrive he is inside a room sitting in front of a round table with four vacant seats.Behind him is Shikamaru Konoha's Battle strategist and his Right hand man.After a few minutes while he is busy complaining to Shikamaru on what happened at the academy the doors opened.Revealing the four Kages.
Naruto : Please have a seat (as he signals them to seat on the chairs with their respective country symbols )
Naruto : Raikage what is this important matter that you need to discuss in person?
Darui : Have you met the kid that named Ryuuga Kudo who transferred from the Lightning country to the Fire country and currently enrolled at the academy?
Naruto : Yes.
Choujurou : And how is that kid important on this meeting?
Darui : Aside from I personally trained him on how to use Black Lightning Jutsu's he is on a contract with a summoning beast.
Kurotsuchi : Anything notable about his summoning beast?
Darui : Yes, we all thought that if you have a contract with the Snake clan as long as you learn Sage Art they can become a Dragon like Kabuto did according to Sasuke's reports after the war.
Naruto : So you are saying that Ryuuga had manage to form a contract with the real Dragon Clan?is that right Raikage?
Darui : Yes, but unfortunately that is not all there to it.
Kurotsuchi : What do you mean Raikage?
Darui : It is because that he manage to form a contract with the Dragon Clan there is a possibility that he could summon one of the "Sacred Beast"
Choujurou : You mean "Seiryuu" is that even possible?
Darui : Yes and the worst thing of all is that there are criminals who wants those powers.
Gaara : I see, This must be connected to the attacks that we recently had.
Naruto : What attacks?
Gaara : Some of our shinobi's who have form a summoning contract with Eagle Clan had been attacked by those criminals,at first we thought of them as regular criminals.
Kurotsuchi : So it also happened to Suna.
Choujurou : Don't tell Tsuchikage your shinobi's experienced it too?
Kurotsuchi : In fact Yes 6 shinobi's with a contract from the Tiger Clan has been attacked by the alleged group of criminals.
Choujurou : (Sigh) .... Even in the Water Country shinobi's who formed a contract to the Tortoise Clan are being targeted.

Shikamaru : I don't mean to be rude Raikage-sama but do you have any information about this group?
Darui : That's okay.Yes we do have a bit of information about them.Every member seem to wear white cloak with red diamond shape at the back and inside the diamond are the heads of the "Sacred Beasts".
Naruto : How about the name of the group?do you have information on that?
Darui : Unfortunately not but I've sent out a intellegence team and tracking team to gather further information.
Naruto : Okay thank you Raikage just send us new intels when you receive it from the Intel team and Tracking team.
Darui : Hai Hokage!
Naruto : (Remembers the marking onRyuuga's hand ) Ah Raikage you said earlier that you trained Ryuuga personally do you happen to know about his "Dragon Like Marking" on his right hand?
Darui : Ahh..Yes he said that the mark appeared after he formed the contract with the Dragon Clan.
Shikamaru : ( After hearing what the Raikage said )Wait a second Tsuchikage, Mizukage, Kazekage-sama with those who've been attacked do you happen to notice any markings on them representing the "Sacred Beast"
Kurotsuchi/Choujurou/Gaara : None that I know off.
Naruto : Hmm.. I see
Shikamaru : How about the one's who have not been attacked yet?
Choujurou : None
Kurotsuchi : Same here!
Gaara : There is one why are you asking this Shikamaru?
Shikamaru : There is a possibility that those marks are signs who can summon the "Sacred Beasts" can you tell us about the one on your mind right now Kazekage-sama?
Gaara : Yes. her name is Kotori Kobayashi she formed a contract with the Eagle Clan about a month ago with Kankuro's supervision Isn't that right Kankuro?
Kankuro : Yes but the mark did not appear right after she made the contract successfully.
Naruto : So when did the mark appeared?
Kankuro : I'd say after a week right after she was reversed summoned.
Shikamaru : So that means the mark appears differently from each person right now we have two prospects that can summon "Seiryuu" and "Suzaku".
Naruto : Each one of us should send reports once we found a new one that can summon the other "Sacred Beasts" or the same as Ryuuga and Kotori as for now Kazekage give Kotori guards and if possible guard her 24/7 we will do the same with Ryuuga!
Everyone : Hai!
Naruto : Shikamaru form a team that will guard Ryuuga.The meeting now is finish and everyone stay alert.
While Bolt is walking home someone from afar is watching him.
