Hair : Black Messy Hair
Eye Color : Green
Outfit : White sleeveless hoodie a pair of black gloves that has the tip cut off and a short plus the usual shinobi shoes/sandals
Weapon : Army knife(for now) can be covered by fire(Fire Brand)/Lightning(Lightning Scalpel)
Marks : Right shoulder (Mark of the Black lightning user same as Darui)
Right hand (A dragons head that symbolize Seiryuu covered by the gloves)
Strongest Jitsu : Lightning Dragon (for now)
A.K.A : The Black Wolf ( Majorly Known by the residents of Lightning Country)
Kotori Kobayashi
Hair : Crimson red tied(pig tails)
Eyes : Azure Blue
Outfit : A knitted garb made of metal and A loose shirt overtop right hand is covered in bandage wears a pink skirt(like sakura's in the shippuden)
Weapon : A huge ass scythe
Marks : Red feather like tattoo on her right hand which is covered by bandages.
