Chapter 18 - You showed me kindness

<Tianna's POV>

Prince Philip drags along behind me, I stop the feeling as if someone is following me.

I hear a branch snap, Ok, someone is following me.

"What was that?" I ask the prince
"Not me" he shrugs
"Hmm"

Suddenly I see Eric run out from behind the trees. I aim my bow at his head and miss, I run and roll into a bush to get shelter so I have time to load my bow.

a knife flies past my head and I shriek.

As I jump out he throws a knife, I release an arrow as the knife flies towards me,

I shut my eyes ready to be hit.

When I open my eyes, Eric and Prince Phillip are on the ground.

I manage to take out Eric but prince Phillip?

"Tianna, the arrow would have killed you if I didn't jump in front of you" he says in a husky dying voice
"Prince Phillip! I owe you my life!" I say curtseying for him
"No, I should be bowing to you, I finally got my wish, to die and join back with Aurora, You showed me kindness Tianna, I respect you very much" he smiles
"Thank you Phillip, enjoy the afterlife with Aurora ok?" I smile
"Ok"

his eyes shut and a cannon booms.

At least it saves me the pain of killing him later in the final two...
