It was morning as Sam woke up and rubbed his eyes. Quickly noticing the others, besides Elvis were awake, and Jerry was gone.
"Uh where did Jerry go?" Sam asked as he didn't realize Jerry was standing right behind him.
"Boo!" He said as Sam jumped forwards.
"You scared me!" Sam exclaimed as Jerry laughed.
"For good reason too. While you all were asleep I found a really cool, and spooky place near by." Jerry spoke.
"Spooky place? I doubt it." Arnold spoke as Jerry looked at him.
"I didn't go inside but..." Jerry was cut off as Ellie spoke.
"Inside?" she asked as Jerry nodded.
"Yeah it's like, a temple thingy with tons of cobwebs in front of it. Pretty spooky if you ask me." Jerry spoke as Elvis grumbled.
"I am trying to sleep." Elvis spoke as he put his face back in the sand. Only sitting up as soon as he realized he got sand in his mouth. "BLEH!!" Elvis shouted as Jerry helped him up.
"You alright cousin?" Jerry asked as Elvis nodded.
"I am now." Elvis spoke as he started to walk away.
"Where do you think your going?" Ellie asked as Elvis looked at her.
"Well we gotta check out that temple at some point." Elvis spoke as Ellie laughed.
"But what about breakfast?" She spoke as Penny jumped down from a tree.
"Right here." Jerry spoke as he thanked Penny. They soon all ate.
"That was nice, a banana, again.. yeah.." Arnold spoke as Jerry laughed.
"Lighten up. At least it's something. It isn't like, we only eat bananas man. Think about last nights dinner of, meat? Not even sure what it was but it was something." Jerry spoke as Penny smiled.
"Meat." She spoke as she went closer to Elvis.
"Yes see, we had some meat. Wait what!?" Jerry spoke as Elvis laughed.
"It seems she was repeating you." Elvis spoke as Jerry looked at him.
"I dunno cousin, but whatever. Come on, follow me." Jerry spoke as everyone followed him. Walking for a while until they reached the temple.
"Huh, there really is a temple here cousin." Elvis spoke as Jerry nodded and smiled.
"Uh I dunno if we should go inside. Might be deadly." Arnold spoke as Jerry laughed.
"I bet you wanna know what's inside." Jerry spoke as Arnold looked at him.
"As much as I want to know what's inside I think my life is more important." Arnold spoke as Jerry dragged him by the arm.
"Your coming with us buddy." Jerry spoke as Arnold kept protesting to it. Only stopping when Penny stopped in front.
"No go." She spoke as she shook her head at them. Causing Elvis to come closer.
"Well Penny, I know your probably scared but, we need to go inside. Better than sitting around waiting for god knows how long for help to arrive." Elvis spoke as Penny touched the temples outside wall. Causing her thoughts to come forth again.
"It isn't safe in there. If you insist on going inside I will lead the way. Wouldn't want anyone getting hurt now. Though, it is forbidden for me to enter again, I don't really care." She let her thoughts disappear now as she walked inside causing the others to soon follow. Including Arnold, who was dragged in by Jerry.
"This place is scary? I don't think so cousin." Elvis spoke as Jerry laughed. But Penny let her thoughts run wild again.
"It's best if I lead, as I mentioned before. Stay close. It's very dangerous in here, and unwelcoming to any of... our kind." Her thoughts spoke as Elvis took her hand.
"I dunno you might be safer with me next to you Penny." Elvis spoke as she nodded. Before hearing a scream behind her.
"ELLIE!" Sam shouted as Penny looked at them.
"STAY BACK!" Penny's thoughts bellowed as she jumped to grab her. Just barely managing to bring her back before spirits appeared.
"Well well well if it isn't the pathetic queen. Rushing to save someone who doesn't even matter to her." One spoke as Jerry laughed.
"This is what Penny ment by dangerous I get it now." Jerry spoke as everyone stood back, except Penny.
"You are not welcome here. Get out!" One of the spirits bellowed as Penny smirked. Letting a wave of water rush towards the spirits before knocking them dead. Penny soon laughed, causing the others to stand up.
"Wow, what was that Penny?" Ellie asked as she looked at them.
"My power. It has awoken again." Her thoughts spoke as she smiled, then guided them all to another room. Letting herself sit down and rest for a long while.
