We went back to the hotel room. I sprawled over the bed bored. “Tator tot, I got you something.” He said, grabbing a white bag. I looked at it before grabbing the bag and opening it. When I opened it, it was a tablet. “Why did you get me this?” I asked confused. “Here, let me show you some of the apps I put on it for you.” He showed me Disney Plus, Netflix, Ibis paint x, messaging app, and a social media app.
When he went to go to the bathroom, I secretly got a Photoshop app for when or if I post on the social media app. I put a password on it and turned it off and typed the password to make sure it worked. When it did, I turned it off and put it down next to me on the bed. It buzzed and I eagerly picked it up.
A game notification. I grumpily put it back and nuzzled into my pillow. It buzzed again. I groaned and picked it up. ‘Hi tator tot, text me back if it worked and I got the right texting app for your tablet.’ The message said. I replied saying ‘It worked, weirdo.’ I giggled at the text waiting for his reply.
I turned it off and nuzzled into the pillow. I heard a noise and woke up but there was nothing there so I nuzzled into my pillow going back to sleep. Not even five seconds later I heard someone say “boo,” and jump on top of my back as I was sleeping and I screamed and elbowed whoever was on my back.
He groaned and rolled over, causing him to fall off the bed. “What was that for?” He asked jokingly, still on the floor. “You scared me!” I said, helping him up.
He chuckled before sitting by me. I felt myself mentally having a heart attack. I silently took a deep breath. I kept my ground and he hugged me, but something felt different. I silently let out the breath I had been holding in. I hugged him back and squeezed the life out of him. “Don’t you dare do that ever again!” I said, hitting his shoulder, “Roger that” He said jokingly, making a saluting motion like he’s a soldier. His face turned a little serious. I saw him lean towards me. He kissed me again and I kissed him back. It was just like it was in the car. We quit kissing and turned on the tv. It only had cable so we watched Spongebob while I was leaning on his shoulder.
I quietly sighed happily because I was loved. The theme song was playing and he was singing along. I laughed and stopped leaning on his shoulder holding my stomach as I laughed. The laugh hurt but I couldn’t stop. John looked at me smiling. “What,” I said, trying to hold back my laughter and failing. “Oh nothing,” he said, watching the tv. The laughter stopped.
I started having a really bad cramp. I was gripping my stomach, groaning. “Woah, you okay?” He said, sitting up. “Oh, it’s nothing,” I say, “just a cramp” “Want me to buy you some chocolate?” I shook my head “You don’t have to” Before I could convince him, he took his keys and went to get me some candy. I smiled and waited in pain for him to get back which surprisingly took him less than half an hour.
