"You got me losing my mind! My heart beats up of time!" the contestant sang.

My heart was racing. I felt like I just saw an end of a rainbow. I was amazed by his whole performance that I didn't notice my mouth was wide open the entire time. This is why I love to go to tita Sarah's tapings. Yes, she's my aunt.

"That's waking me up now!" coach Lea exclaimed.

"Yash coach Lea!" I shouted out loud that my voice echoed.

"Love at the first sight, huh?" Marion kidded.

Marion is my best friend since I was in Grade 1. We are in Grade 8 now. Marion sometimes talk in Tagalog-English I always want to bring her with me anywhere I go. She's like my sister already. I didn't respond to her. I just kept on clapping.

"Push the freaking button coach Sarah!" I said using a normal voice.

I was so worried that no one would turn for him to be his coach. Finally, coach Sarah pressed the button. Dang! He has a high pitched voice! Coach Bamboo also turned for him. I jumped and jumped because of happiness. I don't know why I was so happy. We're not related to each other at all, but I surely want to be his friend. And to be honest, I think I got shot by a cupid because I think Marion was right, I liked him the minute I saw him.

*After his performance*

All the coaches basically said "Oh baby baby" to him.

"Oh baby baby all your faces, he's mine, he's my baby," I whispered.

"Ilang taon ka na?" coach Sarah asked.

"I'm 12 years old po," he answered.

"Anong name mo?" she asked.

"Ako po si Darren Espanto po," he responded.

OhMyGosh his accent is so lovely and his name is like ahhhhhh! Coach Bamboo kind of asked Darren something but I didn't hear it because I was talking over him. I just heard Darren answering "Sa Calgary, Alberta, Canada po." Of course he said more but I wasn't paying attention because I got shocked the fact that I lived there before. He then had to choose between coach Sarah and coach Bamboo.

"Choose coach Sarah! coach Sarah! coach.." I shouted.

I stopped because Marion was looking at me disgusted.

"Shut up Anjanette! You're being too hyper!" Marion scolded.

"I am going to choose..." Darren paused for a moment to think. "Sarah."

"Yayyyyyy! Oh my god Marion! He chose my aunt!"

"I know! I saw and heard it."

"Okay?" I said confused.

"Okay." she answered and rolled her eyes away from me.

*Darren left the stage*

"Lets meet him backstage?" I asked Marion.

"Sure?" she responded.
