It's was late,probably one in the morning
And griffin was wide awake in his bed staring at the ceiling. Listening of the sound of the show on his tv, there was always something going on in griffins head maybe to much, all he could do was think.
That's until he heard a ding from his phone, he grabbed his phone from under his pillow and looked at the message
H: hey griff you awake?
It had been Harper, and that made griffin think two things one why was she awake and two thank god she's awake,
G:I'm up I've been up actually
H:griffin you told me you were going to bed🤨
G:Ik I just couldn't fall asleep
H:met me at the springs in 10
G:ok?
So griffin got up pulling on his all black converses and black zip up, and before walking out his door grabbing his backpack.
He slowly made his was to the front door trying not to get caught. Thankfully he made it out the door and to the springs.
"Harper?"he whispered
"Over here!" She said on one of the chairs "so why are you here?" She laughed "because I'm bored you can drive and I want snacks so let's go" he looked at her so confused "go where?" She stopped and looked back at him "to get snacks and then to the movies" "isn't it to late? For that?" She shook her head "we're going to a drive in theater" she said starting to walk again.
She opened the door to the car "are you sure about this Harper"she gave him a look "yes griff I wanna see the new dungeons and dragons movie"he sighed "alright gas station first?" She nodded her head "yup!" Popping the p at the end.
"I'm gonna get a slushy do you want one?" "Griff is that even a question obviously, and mix the blue and red one together please!" Before walking to the candy aisle. Before griffin made his way back to Harper he grab some beef jerky and a nerds rope.
"Alright you ready to check out?" She had a good amount of candy for the both of them "ya let's go!" S they sat there stuff on the counter and griffin pulled out his credit card, "it will be 23 dollars" the cashier said, griffin handed her the card and then they were on there way to the movies.
"You set?" Griffin asked haper has he just finished fixing the blankets in the back of the car, "ya I'm all good" she smiled sitting next to him and leaning against him "I guess it wasn't to late" he said kissing Harpers cheek.
(Ok so I like doing these oneshots but I never know what to write so please leave ideas so I can write them!!)
