I was on my way to the cafe because my friends called me for a hangout. I was crossing the road with my eyes stuck on my phone. I lift my eyes to see whether there was any car coming in my direction and to my realization a car was heading in high speed in my direction. My mind was screaming to run away but my body became numb...I wanted to run but I couldn't.
My mind turned blank. It felt like I was ready to get crashed. I closed my eyes but to my luck the car stopped an inch away from me. I sighed in relief. The driver comes out from the car and apologizes. I didn't want to create a scene so I left after assuring him that I was fine.
Taehyung's pov
I was a little late then my punctual time so I requested the driver to go in a faster pace. I got back to my tablet. Suddenly the driver stops abruptly. I look at him getting out of the car and apologizing to young woman. I couldn't see her face due to the reflection but I could sense that she looked pretty. I shrugged the thoughts away.
The driver gets back into the car and apologizes to me for the inconvenience. He explains the reason and I let it slide. We made it to the office.
