Quickly exiting the boat, Andy hastily headed towards the cafeteria. She was almost always the only person there because everyone else had responsibilities to tend to. With a quick glance behind her at her brother, she motioned him to follow her so they could talk in private without their dad interrupting them.

"Why are you so moody, skxawng?" Laughed Spider, the pair of them sitting at the back of the cafeteria.

"I'm not "moody", I'm just a bit confused about... stuff." She grumbled, tapping the table with her fingers. "I think... Argh... I don't want to admit it, but I do think I've had some sort of bullshit revelation or change of heart, because now I'm starting to actually fucking care for them!" She vented, getting angry at her own words. "I don't want to help dad any more..." She whispered, almost trying to convince herself rather than her brother.

"I-" Spider began, but got cut off,

"What if we escape? What if we just take one of the speedboats and leave? The Sully's might take us in!" she suggested, suddenly filled with this strange emotion.

"Tracker... We'd basically be leaving him a trail of crumbs to follow to the Sully's." Spider pointed to his mask, reminding Andromeda of the tracker his dad installed for moments like this. Andy cursed, angrily slamming her hand on the table.

Suddenly, the pair of them heard commotion outside the cafeteria. They could hear their dad barking out commands and the roaring of engines. Andromeda was first to leap out of her chair and run to the deck. She could see soldiers running around like ants, grabbing equipment and taking them to the speedboats. Then she saw Scoresby and her dad board one of the speedboats.

"Dad, wait!" She ran towards them, "Where are you going?"

"Just saw a herd of Tulkun about 4 klicks to the east, one of them with a calf." Scoresby told her, setting up his equipment,

"We're gonna kill the mom and leave her as a message for the Sully's." her dad said, "And before you ask, you're not coming with us this time." He smiled menacingly. Shit, maybe he's caught on...They can't kill the tulkun! She thought, just as the speedboat started to leave the docks.

Andy felt angry, and already began running to a second speedboat to catch up to them and stop them, before two hands grabbed her, preventing her from moving further.

"No, you're not going anywhere. I don't want you to get hurt." It was Spider. When she turned to look at him, his eyes were serious, but she could tell it was because he genuinely cared for her. She knew that before, their relationship was strained, as their views on, well everything, were different, but now, they finally understood each other. Before, Spider might've let her go to do whatever, but since she changed, he also felt that he was more attached to her. He didn't want to lose his sister. Quickly, her gaze softened when she realized this, and she embraced Spider, who returned the hug.

"Thank you..." She softly said, "I'm so sorry for everything..." He only hummed in response, not needing to tell her that he already forgave her for everything long ago.
