I was up all night thinking about Miss Foster. She gave her life so I could start living. I felt my wolf itching to be let loose after being held captive for three years, but I had to force it down. Soon, Vex... Soon... I kept telling her. Early in the morning, Asch came in with an excited smile.
"You ready?" He asked, clearly happy about the plan working out.
"Yes. But be careful. I might've missed a few of the faculty, so tread lightly." I warned with a smirk before getting to my feet. "I'll meet you at the front door." I told before he nodded and dashed off. I held my fists to my chest and took a few shaky breaths. "You ready, Vex...?" I quietly asked. Said demon appeared at my side, laughing loudly and excitedly.
"FVCK YEAH, LET ME RUN WILD!" She howled, making me laugh as I felt my wolf instincts flood through my veins. I wasn't sure if I could control her after three years of not having to, but one thing was for sure... I was no longer the Akuma I used to be. I threw my arms outwards and laughed as I let myself shift back into my seven-foot-tall wolf form once more, my eye already flashing gold as I growled and barked before racing out my door and down the hallways of the asylum.
"ARH. GRARH." I growled as I ran for the door, where Asch and Shira awaited in shock. I stopped by the door and nodded to them, nuzzling my nose in their hair—earning some pets from them both as well as goodbyes—before I smiled and ran through the door, breaking the glass and releasing the living inmates. I howled and barked as I ran across the road, cars stopping at the sight of such a massive, black wolf running into the woods. I shifted back into myself, screaming and laughing in excitement. However, my excitement was almost cut short when I found myself searching for a place. Like a cabin or summer home. It wasn't long before I heard rapidly approaching footsteps and I was tackled to the ground. I panted heavily before sighing and looking up at my attacker. I tilted my head slightly as I examined his features.
Blond male... Has a knife above my head. His hair is fairly dirty, it could almost be a brown with blond roots. His eyes are wide, his crimson irises staring down at me with the intent to kill. His most distinctive feature? The smile he seems to have carved into his own face. I had to admit, he w"Why the hell would you wanna live with me..." He muttered.
"Oh, he speaks." I teased, earning a growl from him. "I have nowhere to go. Just escaped the asylum."
"Asylum? What'd you do?" He crossed his arms as if he were judging me.
"Three years ago, I was caught lighting another house on fire after dousing it in gasoline. The owner's blood was still on my clothes." I chuckled sheepishly. He stared at me in slight surprise.
"How long were you doing that?"
"If you mean long-term, about nine to ten years. The first seven, I was forced to do it by my adoptive father until I escaped." I shrugged. "Akuma Hino." I introduced.
"Too much extra detail. Work on that. Bakugo Katsuki, but the extras call me Jeff the Killer. Some made-up story about me or some sh*t." I heard him scoff and click his tongue.
"Soooooo deal?" He growled softly and grabbed my hand aggressively before pulling me to my feet.
"Fine. But if you slip up even once, you're done." He waved his arm to the side.
"Good. Win-Win whether I live up to your expectations or not." I smirk. "And I'm positive I'm beyond them."
"What makes you say that? First rule of killing, don't get caught, and you broke it."
"After nine years of doing the same crime." I corrected. "I felt lazy that time." I crossed my arms defensively.
"Whatever... Let's get the hell out of here before they follow your tracks."
"Who?"
"The faculty of your asylum?"
"Dead."
"Wha- How?"
"They killed the only person I trusted anymore so... Massacre~!" I sang, happily.
"Stop smiling like me, it isn't natural unless you look like me."
"You want me to carve the same permanent smile you got onto my own already permanent smile? Really?"
"Whatever, let's go already. Gotta feed Smile, anyway."
"Who?"
"My dog. His name's Kirishima, but everyone calls him Smile Dog for some stupid reason." And he says I give too much info. I thought with an eye roll.
"Yeah, good luck with that." I turned away.
"Hah? I thought you said you wanted to live with me or whatever."
"Yeah, but I haven't killed a local in three years."
"The entire asylum wasn't enough for you?"
"Do you not see the ears and tail? My wolf hasn't had anything to eat since they took them away from me when I was first admitted to them." I scoff. He rolls his eyes.
"Fine. But don't come crying to me when you can't find the place." He called. I clicked my tongue and shifted before running off, catching him off guard. However, he simply turned and walked away like nothing happened. Interesting... I thought.
Bakugo POV
"Fine. But don't come crying to me when you can't find the place." I called after her. I heard her tongue click before I saw her change into some giant-azz wolf, causing me to jump back in surprise. I narrowed my eyes at her figure as she ran off before sighing and turning back to head home.
What the hell is she...? I thought. Some crazy chick shows up in Slender Forest asking to live with me and can turn into some giant version of Smile? What the hell has the world come to...
