Growing up in Connecticut wasn't easy for Edinburgh born Nick, he didn't find it easy to communicate his feelings to anyone in spite of the therapy sessions, School wasn't easy for him either but he stuck to his Football (Soccer as americans call it) and Drumming, in 6th Grade he met a girl called Dixie and despite his lack of ability to communicate Dixie always gave him the time of day no matter how long it took for him to eventually speak by the end of that School Year Dixie helped him out of his shell a little bit, at the end of that school year though Dixie was moving up to 9th Grade High School, so she asked him to look out for her little Sister Charli, to which after some reluctance and bribing he agreed too.
For the first few weeks of 7th grade he couldn't keep that much of an eye on her as she had kept herself out of trouble until her friend had "convinced" her to pick on a classmate, Nick caught wind of this situation and caught it happening one day
Nick: Hey
Catie: What
Nick: Firstly hands off the student, secondly where do you think your going Charli, I'd stay where you are, now mind telling me what's going on or shall I get Dixie involved
Charli: We just thought it would be funny to be a little mean
Nick: Alright Dance Queen a teachers coming choose which side your gonna pick
Charli: I'll do whatever is needed to keep out of trouble
Nick: Alright
Mr Jeffries: Mr Crosby wanna tell me why your in the corridor with 6th Graders during Classtime
Nick: Don't worry Mickey I was just getting them there after catching them chilling
Mr Jeffries: Alright I trust you'll get them there
Nick: Of course Mick
Mr Jeffries: Your lucky I like you Crosby
Nick: I'm your favourite
Mr Jeffries: *Walking Off* Uh huh
Nick: Alright class all three of you and Charli I catch this again and I won't be the only one involved, understood
Charli: Of course
Nick: Good, now get to class *Walks Away*
Catie: How does he know you
Charli: He's my sisters friend
Catie: Oh my god, you think he's cute
Charli: No I don't
Catie: You totally do
Charli: Alright come on we've got English
Charli couldn't admit she found the older boy cute, Dixie would never forgive her for it, but she couldn't help it the guy was Handsome as all hell.
By the End of Charli's first year at Middle School she gave up fighting her feelings, but she swore she would never tell Dixie or Nick and just hope her feelings faded what she didn't know was that her friend had told Dixie about her crush on Nick and Dixie accepted it but she wasn't sure it was true she wanted to hear it from her Sister's Mouth
At the End of Nick's 8th Grade he told the sisters he's moving away to the West Coast where he's not sure but all he knows it's the West Coast
