So Dix just got home and she seems happier than usual
Charli: Hey Dix
Dixie: Hey Char how was your day at the Kardashian Mansion
Charli: It was fun Trav and the band have made progress on their potential Backup to Trav so let's see
Dixie: And how was the time with Landon
Charli: Fun yeah fun
Dixie: You still miss him Char
Charli: He protected me and made sure me and my friends stayed out of trouble of course I miss him he left at the end of 7th which hit both of us
Dixie: Yeah, I know it did we were both affected I mean my schoolwork plummeted, your dance attendance ploughed down at a furious pace
Charli: Dix how do you replace a stolen heart with a new one
Dixie: You don't, you just hope that you can handle it and move on
Charli: Hudson wouldn't allow to me to even compartmentalise being ready to move on Landon's at least giving me time
Meanwhile Nick's standing in his kitchen just waiting desperately for a phone call that could hopefully change his life and shake it to his core

Charli and Dix are sitting waiting for Dinner to finish when Dixie gets a text message
???: I got the call I was waiting for it happened, see you soon
Charli sitting at the counter read this and was real confused about what that text meant
Charli: Dix you got a text
Dixie: Oh just shut my phone off I'll answer it later on
Charli: Alright
Nick sat waiting for a response from Dixie but it didn't come so he decided to message one of his friends he met whilst growing up in LA
Nick: Hey Maddie you wanna come hang out for a bit at mine, you can bring the other Maddie as well
M. C: Sure we'll be there in a bit anything we're gonna do in particular

20 Minutes later he heard a knock at the door he knew who it was
