The next part of this story is my short story submission for the Sakura Blossom Competition (idk of this links works, but just check out 'Witches' Couldron: Collab Contests'):

Also, there are a few unfamiliar Japanese terms that most of you may not know of, so I thought it would be best to go over a few with you all before you read. Try your willing best to remember them before you read, for I believe that it would make the short story a bit more exciting to read, especially for non-Japanese speakers:

Akari: Red pear tree (literally did not know this existed until I found this name).

Hime Yoroi: Translates to princess armour for female samurais.

Katana: A samurai sword.

Tsuka: The hilt or handle of a Samurai Katana.

Sakura: Cherry blossoms.

Onna-Musha: female warriors.

Naginata: A smaller type of blade samurais used, but with a lengthened wooden handle. Similar to a spear, but replace the little blade on to with a blade half the length of a Katana.

Menpo: Samurai mask – usually associated with an animal or whatever that designed creature is.

Kabuto: Samurai helmet.

Saya: A Katana blade's sheath.

Jiho: A Korean name. Within a Japanese based short story? Further elaboration within story.

Mono-uchi: Basically, the curvature at the top part of a Katana blade.

Waraji: Them fire drip sandles made from wheat. Usually worn by Samurai and some Japanese people 'till this day. Just dripping all day.

Jeju: A place in South Korea.

Yamaguchi: A place in Japan.

Hatamoto Rank: Basically the highest ranking within samurai status.

Goshi Rank: The second highest rank. Then last was like what, Gokenin Rank?

Wakizashi: A plan B weapon that samurais used. Just imagine a downgraded Katana blade – it literally looks like a younger twin of the Katana blade. A peripheral weapon samurais used.

Muno: The opposite side of a Katana blade. Since most Katana blades are one-sided, the other is usually just a blank, unsharpened side. Yet it is still known to lacerate when a lot of force is applied.

Yeah, that should be most of it.

Happy reading, and be sure to enjoy.
