ARA SAT ON HER BED CONFUSED. She had had a video call with Yujin a few minutes ago.
She admits that she likes the way they treat each other. The nicknames that Yujin gives her are cute, the way he hugs her and the way he kisses her.
But she always has the same question that has been going around in her head for two days.
What were they?
Ara would love it if he called her his girlfriend. But she wasn't his girlfriend.
So what did that mean?
Friends kissing?
Or maybe just two kids in love.
She got out of bed and went downstairs to the kitchen to get something to eat. She looked at her older sister sitting in the dining room and walked over to her.
"Soojin" she said sitting down next to her. "Can I ask you a question?"
Her sister looked away from her cell phone and turned to look at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Sure."
"How did you and Seojoon become a couple?" she asked making it not sound so obvious.
Soojin smiled warmly. She had waited so long for her sister to bring up the topic. It was so obvious the crush she had on her best friend, and she as a good sister wanted to help her.
"He asked me out on a date and asked me to be his girlfriend. It was so beautiful, there were candles on the table and he gave me a bouquet of roses."
Ara listened attentively to everything she said. Ignoring the fact that she knew that wouldn't happen to her, it's not like she wanted anything that romantic either.
"What's with the question?"
Ara looks at her nervously, should she tell her?
"I like Yujin, a lot," she started to say but her sister interrupted her.
"I know that. Tell me the interesting part." She said with a teasing smile.
"Oh. Is it that obvious?" she asked and her sister nodded.
"Gyuvin and I know everything. Or well, we knew. Lately you guys have been together a lot, more than usual.
"Yujin and I kissed," Ara said suddenly.
Soojin's mouth opened in surprise.
"Once?"
Ara shook her head and Soojin shouted excitedly. Ara covered her mouth with her hand.
"Is everything okay?" They heard their mom's scream from upstairs.
"Yes mom. sorry!" Soojin shouted back. "I can't believe it!" She said excitedly looking at her younger sister.
