It was the night of the Halloween party and Gage was sitting on the couch in the tack room when Carbs smiled and sat next to them.
"Hey Carbs- woah you look- like-"
"Hot??" Carbs smiled, wearing fake antlers, a white scarf, and a bald cap.
"Sure I guess." Gage blushed slightly.
"So what are you supposed to be?" Carbs asked while being disgusted by Gage with hair (a wig.)
"The biggest nerd in all of history, Albert Einstein." Gage stated proudly.
"Haha nerd." Carbs teased as she layed down on Gage's lap without their permission.
That's when the other chaos group members walked in, each wearing fake antlers, a scarf, and a bald cap.
"Oh my goodness! Carbs copied me too! Can I not be saved from this TOXIC FRIENDSHIP?" Alex screamed while sniffing the scarf she wore which she stole from Gage's closet.
"Alright everyone we're going to start with activities now that we're all here! Let's tack up our horses and start with the show!" Tien yelled out as Zari fell flat on her face.
About half an hour later, everyone was gathered for the first routine. The chaos group all practically had heart eyes on their faces as Gage and Prancer stepped out. Prancer had a chalkboard as his costume.
"Next up is Gage Witherwilt on Prancing Petals!" Mysie announced as Gage began their hunter jumper routine. As Gage and Prancer leaped across the arena, the chaos group leaned against the arena's fencing, practically drooling. Cassie has her face right near Fries' hand and she slipped, accidentally stabbing Fries with their fangs.
Fries bit Cassie back and went to go get Nova ready. Gage finished up their routine and applause erupted from the other members.
"Next up is Fries McDonald on Starry Nova!" Mysie shouted "Wait Fries what discipline are you doing it doesn't say."
"Jousting!"
"That's not an option- you have nobody to joust."
Fries ran around the arena attempting to stab the other chaos group members with her lance (in a nice way) and she ended up knocking Gage off their feet.
"Well looks like i've swept you off your feet then!" Fries laughed, reaching out to help Gage.
"Fries is disqualified! Next."
The show continued as each member performed exceptionally well in their chosen disciplines. Carbs' dressage resulted in roars of applause, no thanks to Reggie.
As Carbs lead Rubix out of the arena while feeding him a blackberry, she spotted Gage without any other chaos members. She quickly untacked and ran up to them.
"Hey Gage! Do you think that maybe during one of the scary parts of the movies we can sneak off a-"
"Who's excited for snacks?? We're going to have a lot of good ones, since we're watching a very spooky movie. We've got grapes, saltines, chia seeds, raw tofu, and cheese!"
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" Gage yelled, running away at the sound of that unholy word.
"GAGE IT'S OKAY! There's no cheese today! Well there is but the literal kind! Come back! I wanna watch the scary movie together!!" Carbs yelled while running after Gage.
