Robin Richards, a tall and fit 25 years old guy, who works in Systo, a software company in Mumbai. He's in a relationship with a beautiful girl named Ivana Thomas, who works as a colleague with Robin and they both will be dating each other for 3 months.
One day, Ivana's parents know about their relationship and they invite Robin and they see Robin as a good guy and a faithful companion for their daughter's life and they agree for their marriage......... But the problem is that Robin hasn't told about this relationship to his father Abraham Richards, who is in Bangalore working as a pastor in a CSI church.
------------
One night, Robin writes a letter to his father saying that,
"Hello Pa, I'm doing good in Mumbai, I hope you and our church, and everyone are doing well, I always pray to God for your health and happiness.
Pa, I have 2 days of leave. So I'm planning to visit you. As I need to talk to you about something. So, I hope you reply back.
Yours Lovingly Son,
Robin......"Robin writes the letter and the next day he posts the letter to his nearby post office.
------------
In the office at lunch break,
Robin will be having a cup of coffee at that moment Ivana comes towards Robin, she greets him with a afternoon hug and a kiss and she orders a cup of coffee and begins to speak with Robin,
"Haven't you spoken with your father about our relationship...??"
Robin silently nods his head cueing that he didn't tell him, but he replies back saying that, "I haven't, but I've sent a letter to my father."
Ivana silently giggles and she says,
"Come on, are you guys living in the 18th century...?? I mean technology has improved a lot and you write letters to your father...?? Can't you just talk to him on the phone...??"
Meanwhile Robin replies to Ivana that,
"I can hand him a phone, but my father doesn't use the phone, the only thing he does is that he writes letters to me. As he is very much allergic to phones. You know...."
Ivana understands, but giggles a little and asks Robin, "So have you written anything to your father...??"
For this Robin replies to Ivana that,
"Yeah, just yesterday night I had written him a letter saying him that I'm going back to Bangalore this Saturday as we have 2 days leave. So I'm waiting for his reply."
A waiter comes and hands a coffee to Ivana, and Ivana continues to talk with Robin saying, "Have you mentioned about us in the letter...??"
Robin replies that, "No, I haven't but, I'll speak about this directly to him, that is why I'm going back to Bangalore. I hope he understands and agrees with our relationship."
After this, Ivana says, "And what if he doesn't agree...??"
Robin looks at Ivana in shock and tells her that,
"Ivana be positive, my father is very sweet in everything, after my mom died, he's the one who caressed me and took care of me all these years and he was very sad that I was moving out to Mumbai. But he agreed to it and for my happiness he let me go to Mumbai. And I'm sure that he'll agree to our relationship."
Ivana silently nods her head and she agrees to Robin's words.
The Lunch Break gets over and they both go to their respective works.
The sun sets down, the dark covers the blue sky and the work of Robin and Ivana gets over at evening time and Robin drops Ivana back to her house.
------------
After 2 days, Robin receives a letter from his father saying that,
"Hello my dear son, it's been a while since I sent you the letters as I had been stuck in some work and I had to travel to Mangalore Theological College for a visit and I had to travel to Cochin and Chennai for a prayer meet and for a sermon in a Church in Warangal. I hope you are doing well. I was waiting for your letter, even though I had to speak to you about something in person. So do come, I'll be waiting for you.
Yours Father,"
After reading the letter, Robin will be thinking that,
"About what father wants to talk to me...?? I think it'll be good if I find out there itself once I reach."And after this Robin packs his bag and leaves to Bangalore.
