A one hit wonder, who was he?
Which melody did he caught the hearts and thee?Photos were drowned with new ones, mine was hidden beneath the sixth feet underground
I've always wondered if someone's still humming my song; if I find out would I smile or frown?
Day by day I keep rethinking what I did wrong
Would it be the same right now if I did not release that song? The stage was once my home, now it became place for gloom and fright
I used to love those light, and now I just want every day to be the night
"Who am I?" was the question, but "who am I before or now?" is my response
If it's now, I am no one, but before that I was that man on that stage for once.I was the man who thought that they were listening,
But they only cared for the melody and rejected the meaning.
For once I was heard, and when they disliked the music they started forgetting,
And those who remember called me, the one hit wonder who got lost wondering.
