After Smith's friends dragged Smith, they were discussing so i pretended to be unconscious. After they finished talking, they were all going home and as Mika was locking the door, i swung my eyes open and kicked a rock towards the door to stop it from closing. I thought Mika will notice that the door wasn't locked but she didn't. I sighed and began to think of a way to free myself. I tried to reach the pocket knife in my shoe and in the process, it injured me. I groaned in pain as i brought out the knife. I used it cut the ropes on my hands and then the ones on my leg. I got up as i held my stomach and went to the door. I opened it and tried to leave the warehouse but on my way i saw Nadia coming so i went to hide at the back of a wall. I waited for some while then i saw Nadia coming out of the room where they tied me and started screaming.
Smith, Mika; she shouted their names.
What? What is it? They asked.
Alice is missing; she said.
What do you mean she's missing? We left her in the room right? Smith asked.
We did but she is not in the room we left her in; she yell.
Damn it! We need to find her now; Smith yelled.
She wouldn't have gone far so let's search the area and take this; Nadia said while handling two guns to both Smith and Mika.
What should we do with this? Smith asked.
If we find her, we will shoot her leg but not anywhere else so she won't die; Nadia said.
Okay! Everyone split up; Smith said and my heart skipped a bit.
Oh no! What if they find me? I need to get out of here; i muttered to myself. I peeped through the wall and saw Smith standing with the gun. I sighed and sighted a rock close to me and i carried it and threw it far from me making Smith run towards the area i threw the rock. Immediately she left, i took to my heels and ran away. I ran out of the warehouse and sighted Mika standing near the door. I wanted to go back when i saw Smith coming so i quickly ran out the door not caring whether she saw me.
Hey! She yelled making the rest aware that i was running towards the gate.
Stop right there or else i will shoot; Smith shouted from behind but i refused to listen.
Suit yourself; she said and then i felt a sharp pain in my leg as i fell.
Urghh....... I groaned in pain as i tried to stand up. I was trying to walk but the pain in my leg was unbearable so i fell down again. They caught up to me and carried me up. They took be back to the room and this time, they tied me with chains instead of ropes.
Did you think you could escape? Smith asked and i kept mute.
Are you speechless now? She asked but i still didn't reply.
Okay then I'll make you talk; she said and pressed the gun shot wound on my leg making me scream.
Ahhhhhhhhhh.... I screamed as tears trailed down my eyes. Stop it please; i yell as the pain was unbearable.
Ohh! So you can talk now? Don't worry i will make your stay here painful and horrible; she said as she pressed it harder this time.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh..... Please am begging you stop; i cried as everything was blurry. I couldn't hold it anymore as i used my head to headbutt Smith making both of us bleed.
Arghhhh... She groaned in pain. You will regret this; she said and punched me in the face then she pressed my wound again and i screamed. I couldn't take it anymore as i fell into darkness.

After she fell unconscious, i left her there with Nadia and Mika. I entered my car and drove off. I went in and saw my mum sitting on the couch watching TV. She averted her gaze at me and switched off the TV.
Where have you been? She asked.
Emm..... i was with my friends; i lied.
Doing what? She asked and i frowned.
Mum, can't i hangout with my friends again. And why are you asking all this questions? I asked.
Do you think I don't know that Alice is missing? She said and i was shocked.
How did you know? I asked and she chuckle.
I didn't know i just said so. So you really kidnapped her? She said and i gasped.
But why did you say you know about what happened to Alice? I asked.
Well i tested you. So if it's other people that's how you will tel them? I thought you were smart Smith? She asked and i faced the ground. She sighed and walked up to me.
So now that you have her in your custody, what will you do to her? She asked as i raised my head to look at her.
Wait! So you are not angry about what i did? I asked.
Am not. But if you don't kill her and she tells everyone what you did, then i will be really mad at you; she said and I smiled.
Sure mum, i wouldn't let you down; i said as she hugs me. We disengage from the hug as i went upstairs. I lied down on my bed when a call came through. (Ring Ring) my phone rang as i checked the caller and to my surprise, it was Liam. I smiled and picked up the call.
📱 Hello! Liam how are you? I asked.
📱Am not good; he said and i guessed why.
📱What happened? I asked.
📱 Alice was kidnapped; he said and i pretended to be worried.
📱Huh! How did that happen? I asked.
📱She was kidnapped during her birthday party. Did you see her or anyone suspicious? He asked.
📱I didn't sorry! I said.
📱Ohh okay thanks; he said.
📱So can we hangout? Only me and you; i asked.
📱Are you stupid or what? I told you i was looking for Alice and the only thing you can say is that we should hangout. What makes you think i would ever fall for someone like you? It's only Alice i love and i will never love you okay? He said and cut the call.
I couldn't help the tears that fell from my eye lids as my phone fell from my hand.
Arghhhhhhh...... Why did this have to happen to me? Why doesn't he love me? I guess it's because of that good for nothing Alice. I promise i will end her life tomorrow. I said to myself as i kept smashing things on the floor. When there was nothing else to throw, i sat down and began to cry. After alot of cries, i went to take my bath. I changed into my pajamas and climbed my bed. After a while of crying, i drifted to sleep.
