It's been a week since Aster and Kyo last spoke. Allowing Kyo to blow off his steam, whilst Aster was still sadden.
Aia tried cheering her friend up as best as she could. It worked slightly some days, but others not so much.
"Hey, Aster? What's wrong?" A bittersweet voice spoke, as he glances at the third year. Who was currently getting back on track with his class work in the library.
He glances up from glazing on Aia's notes, up to the person that spoke his name.
It was Yayo of course.
Aster scanned the first year males features, his brows furrowed; to give off a worried expression. His outfit looked similar to what he wore once, he knows this fact because Kyo commented on it.
"You look pretty.. Aster, but, you know what will make your outfit prettier? With this necklace i bought you because, you know, i bought it"
The third year wore a small ghost smile sitting on his lips, as he glazes at Yayo's outfit.
Yayo raised his eyebrow, as he glances down over his outfit with a small smirk. "Do you like it?" He spoke, glancing at the third year, seeing his reaction.
The third year glanced up at him, as he hums in agreement.
"What do you think Kyo would think of it? Would he like it?" He asked sweetly, as he pinches his white turtleneck shirt bottom rim, seemly showing off his outfit in front of the third year.
Aster blinked a few times, registering what came out of Yayo's mouth. His heart stabbed into his rib cage painfully, as he felt uneasy and uncomfortable. He shifted in his seat slightly, as his eyes adverted downwards.
"I think... he would love it" Aster hesitantly voiced out, managing to glance back up to meet with Yayo's sharp piercing eyes darted down at him.
The third year felt like a small mouse in cats claws. Trapped in its predator's grasp with no escape and then eventually eaten whole, without any remorse.
"Thanks" Yayo spoke with a gentle smile plastered across his thin lips. "Oh.. I just remembered.. you and Kyo aren't dating anymore? I'm so sorry to come to you for suggestions about my outfit, but at the same time, you know everything about Kyo, am I right?" He exclaims, huffing out air like he was holding in a laugh every time he spoke.
Aster stared at him blankly, as the first year wore a bittersweet smile. His eyebrows furrowed, trying to look very sympathetic.
But, the third year couldn't help but notice that what Yayo just said seem like he was mocking him or like a threat.
"What... what do you mean?" Aster questioned, slightly tilting his head to the side.
Yayo stared at him with that expression for a few seconds. "What? I just thought you knew Kyo more than others because you were dating him before" He simply replied, crossing his arms against his chest.
Now, it was simply plain obvious that Yayo was mocking him. And for what reason? What was Yayo's desire motive to mock him or spread rumors about him?
"Yayo... why are you doing this?" Aster voiced out, more irritated and stern than before.
"Doing what?"
"Mocking me and spreading rumors?"
"What do you mean Aster? Those aren't rumors, it's simply straight facts.." He spoke out, his facade now gone from view.
"Who are you even..?" Aster asked, crossing his arms, he was very upset and confused about Yayo.
"Mm.. I'm just one of your parents friends kids" He voiced out with another bittersweet smile.
Aster still didn't understand Yayo. Which made the first year boy roll his eyes, probably noticing the confusion in Aster's facial expression.
"Listen Arcadia" Yayo voiced out, his bittersweet smile flied away while a straight agitated look danced on his face.
"I know everything about you and your family, I know what they did to the Kaneko's, I know every family business secret, and everything you wanted when you were younger" He voiced out.
"I know who you are and I don't like you... I never liked you. You were smart, kind, caring, and just simply beautiful. I looked up to you and even tried to copy what you did as a kid.. you were like my idol. But, that wasn't enough to have my parents talk about me to their friends of how they talked about you" He stated, as Aster simply listens to what Yayo has to say.
"Now, I just hate you. I hate your existence. I hate your face and your style. I hate that your always on top. I just fucking hate you." He nearly yelled out, before that bittersweet smile came once again.
"So you know what people do when they hate someone?" He voiced out and pauses for a moment, scanning the third year's reaction.
"They ruin their life and everything they care about.." Yayo simply replied to his own question. "That toy my parents got you for your 10th birthday? I smashed it with a hammer. Kyo's love for you? I smashed it with one simple statement, tell him about the day of his first visit to his parents cycle" He exclaims.
"The cycle?" Aster spoke up, as his brows furrowed.
"Oh, don't tell me you forgot?" Yayo stated, rolling his eyes, as his eyes rested on Aster's facial expression.
"No.. no... I didn't forget.." He exclaims. "But, the cycle is a meeting with our parents collectively getting rid of other high growing businesses" Aster stated, causing now a confused Yayo in the process.
"If your parents were friends of mine, you were also most likely there" He simply stated with a raised eyebrow.
Yayo seem to pause for a moment, glancing at him with his sharp eyes. It was like he was stung locked in place, his brain searching for a response towards what Aster just stated. But, he simply couldn't because he was right..
"I don't have time for this, I have a date to go to" He exclaims, before he turns around on his heels before heading out of the library in a rush.
