Max's POV

"Finally that last interview for quiet some time " Daniel sighed next to me as we walked back to our hotel since it's not that far ," so any plans today?" He asked as I closed my phone " yep Charles will be finished next 3 hours and he's heading to his room for a change of clothes then coming to me so I decided to set up a little dinner date for him on the private balcony" I answered smiling " wow that's very sweet of you , we then my friend I shall be on my way but do let me know how it goes" he said patting me on the back " oh do forget we're all meeting up at the airport  i already told the others" I shouted to him and he gave me a thumbs up. Okay let's get everything ready.

3rd Person's POV

As soon as max entered the room he immediately started cleaning and tidying up the room and moved on to start decorating the balcony with lights and pre ordered room service which arrived shortly after and he thanked the guy then closed the door . Just as he finished setting the food and candles Charles said he was would be here in a few so he quickly and carefully spread the rose petals making a path to the balcony and smiled in satisfaction he snapped a few pics to the group after they temporarily removed Charles before heading to the shower to get ready.

Charles's POV

Looking around ensures the hall is empty before I knocked on his door and my phone got a notification from max

Slightly confused I turned the door and entered after shutting the door my eyes widened in amazement they were light candles making a path towards Max's private balcony and rose petals scattered along the way following the path I entered the balcony and admired the beautiful sight in front of me lights hanged around the place and a perfect date set up and finally max walked up to me " happy birthday mon Cheri" he said pulling me into him and kissing me " thank you mi amore" and I rest my head in his neck inhaling his calming scent " this is so beautiful thank you max" I said kissing his neck " come on let's eat then we could cuddle and watch a movie " he said kissing my head. After sitting we started eating " so I have one final surprise for you" max said looking at me " you know you don't have to this is more than enough" I answered reaching for his hand across the table " I know but I want to beside your going to love this" he replied smirking " well now I'm excited" and he started laughing.

Once we finished dinner we laid in bed cuddling and watching a movie " can I ask you something important?" I asked max raising up to look at him " sure babe is everything ok?" " uhmm yea but do you think it will be okay for us to tell ours families well our moms "  I said getting nervous and looking down at my hand when hard but yet gentle fingers lifted up my chin " mon Cheri of course it's okay as long as you want to do it we can and I'll be right besides you" he said looking at me eyes filled with love and passion and I couldn't help smiling before launching into his arms " how did I get so lucky" He said as I settling in his lap " I know right the prince of Monaco in your bed" I answered laughing " mmm I like the sound of that" he whispered huskily inches away from my lips pupils now dilated before attacking my lips wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me into his chest.

Max's POV

Waking up I noticed Charles Side of the bed was empty raising up I checked around and didn't see him anywhere then my eyes landed on a note on the bedside "hey mi amore left early to avoid being seen and have to pack ,I'll see you at the airport,love mon Cheri" and I felt happy on the inside and pushing the note into my pocket I went and got ready for the morning and ordered breakfast before I started packing. After a few hours past and talking with Charles I headed downstairs with my bags when the driver said he was here and it was a peaceful drive and I was excited to have Charles back in my arms. Thanking the driver I entered the airport I looked around for Charles and after several minutes of searching I found him looking around like a confused puppy it was so adorable " hey mate" I said resting my hand on his shoulder startling him " oh max hey what's up mate" he answered in a tight tone "  I have to show you something , come on"
