Mark sat inside the practice room by himself. He was simply seated there, scrolling through his feed nonchalantly, ignoring the world outside.

Today was an interesting day. The group had just met their new manager. Her name was Yoon Seri. She was slightly younger than them and she was a student at Korea's top university.

The moment he saw her, Mark felt a strong bond. Maybe because she was an NCT Dream enthusiast.
When they talked. It seemed as if they had instantly clicked.

She was a nice girl, a girl that would definitely make a good group manager. He heard about her and all the warm commented people had about her was definitely reassuring for the group.

They described her as a girl that was hard-working and determined.

Mark simply smiled. She liked Seri.
He was confident that they would be best friends in no time.

"Okay boys, you all did great today!" Seri screamed proudly as the all clapped and cheered. It was a tiring yet happy day.

Mainly it was the boys getting to know their new manager more and trying to create that cute bond.

Boths sides were making an efforts and getting to work alongside each other was a reward in disguise.

"Seri, how are your studies going?" Jaemin asked.
After dance practice, they were huddled in the corner of the room talking to one another. It was an action that Yunseo encouraged them to do.

Although it was a real life task, it frankly didn't feel like one. They were all enjoying it, and willing to get to know each other that the conversation was just flowing continously.

It came from getting to know each other's names and their favories colors, to knowing their own interests and finally into deep conversations.

"My school literally hates me." Seri said laughing.
"Really? How could someone hate you?" Jeno smiled as Seri shook her head.

"Well I don't really know, they just give out too much work." She said.

"Oh well that's like the unchangable reputation of college. I swear they never give breaks." Chenle said.

"I agree, college is already stressful itself and yet they still give out a lot of work." Seri complained.

"Well you do know if you need help we're here to help you." Mark said.
"I'm really good at writting essays and all, you could easily get an "A" in whatever assignment." He added, confidently speaking.

Seri smiled.
"I don't doubt that." She said as Mark smiled back.

"Well I'm good at math so, I really can't help it." Donghyuck said with pride.
"I can literally do any math problem in my head." He said. "Oh and pardon I forgot to mention that I can do it in less than ten seconds."

Seri scoffed as she heard this.
"Now that, I doubt that even the smartest of people can't do in less than half a minute."

Donghyuck smirked.
"Well you know, I'm not smart, I'm a genius." He said.

"Woa, I really had no idea." Renjun shook his head disappointingly as Donghyuckbglared at him.

All of them just laughed upon seeing his reaction.
"You two just have a problem don't you?" Seri commented as they all laughed.
