"I-it's the.."gold" s-stuff you wanted.." my shaky voice told him as I pushed myself up and started walking away. I hoped the hut was this way but if it wasn't I would just sleep on a tree or something. Maybe I wasn't as selfish as I though since I..had given up on my selfish wishes.

Ace POV

I dragged the now dead bear back to Dandans hut but not before dropping our new found savings off. I was planning on meeting Sabo back at the hut.

"A-Ace.." Luffy said my name causing me to look at him questioningly.

"I thought..Kēgo could be our friend.." Luffy said to me with a unusually quiet voice.

"Luffy, don't you get it? We have less food to eat now because of him. You have to eat less meat!"

After I said that Luffy quieted down. This sucks I have to share this bear with some brat? I caught it..I'll just not let him get any, all the meat's be gone before he gets the chance anyway. I wonder if he found his way back? I don't give a single shit though..I hope he didn't. Yeah I hope he got eaten by a tiger or bear on the way back. He won't hurt Luffy if he's dead.

Sabo POV

I was sitting outside of Dadan's but waiting for Ace and the others. I kinda hope Kēgo is okay. I bet I got more then Ace so I have nothing to worry about!

Ace arrived with a Luffy who looked like he'd been crying so I rushed to them.

"Luffy are you okay?! What happened!?" My gaze shifted to a pissed Ace and a missing Kēgo.

"Where is..did he..DID THAT BASTARD HURT LUFFY!?"

Ace POV

My eyes widened at Sabo. Since we found out his name Sabo didn't call that bird fuck 'bastard'. If Sabo thought that he was the reason Luffy cried he will hate him and stop being nice to him I bet..that would be nice but..an image of the bird and Luffy terrified crying flashed through his mind and his thought process paused for a second.

'The hell if I'll lie to Sabo.' I thought

"No.." I mumbled causing Sabo to look at me confusingly.

"It wasn't him..I hate that son of a bitch Sabo but..it wasn't him who hurt our brother." I said at a normal volume so Sabo could hear this time. Sabo eyes widen for a second before his features relaxed.

"Soka*..so what.."

I kicked the bear with a smirk.

"This fuck did, it's gonna be our dinner though."

"Right." Sabo's brain finally processed all this information as he looked around again "then where is Kēgo?"

Luffy looked at Sabo then at the ground.

"He was supposed to come back here..he might of got lost.." I flinched at his quiet voice, sure he was attacked by a bear but it isn't the first time and he usually would've gotten over it. Sure some teasing will get him back to his senses.

"Itty bitty cwybaby still shaken up fwom big scawy bwear?" I teased Luffy with a baby voice causing him to yell in retaliation.
