Celia and Tara were in the kitchen making Mac and cheese for the group when Celia felt arms around her waist and someone plant a kiss on her hair before she turned around to see Chad standing there smiling at her "Hey lover boy" Celia said before kissing him before Chad sat on the kitchen counter and Celia stood between his legs facing Tara as she began to speak "I think you two should get out of the city" Tara started "It would be safer for the both of you" Tara finished as Celia and Chad looked at her "We're not going anywhere" Chad said as Celia nodded her head "I'm not leaving till this asshole is 6 feet under" Celia said making Tara smile at little before she went back to cooking while Celia turned around and kissed Chad again before the couple got interrupted by a fake gagging noise "Get a room" Mindy yelled as Sierra laughed at her "If you two are gonna have sex get it done now because I'm not wearing earplugs again" Sierra said as Anika burst into a giggling fit "Stop with the earplugs" Celia said as she laughed at Anika who was going red from all the laughing as Tara joined in with the laughing.
Sam walked into the room with blankets and pillows "Sam we don't have to stay here" Mindy said go Sam as she grabbed a bottle of wine from the fridge "Well too bad I insist" Sam said leaning on the counter "Safety in numbers" The eldest Carpenter finished "This will be so fun a little slumber party with the core five" Chad said as the group turned to him "The what?" Celia questioned "Did you just give us a nickname?" Tara questioned "I sure did the core five! Since you know there's five of us" Chad said smiling as Celia shook her head laughing.
"You can't give us a nickname dingus" Mindy told her brother "Oh of course I can dingus because I just did" Chad told his sister before he got off the counter and turned to Celia "Core five up top" Chad said to Celia going to give her a high five "Yeah no" Celia said as Chad backed away "Down low" Chad said to Tara "Get that thing away from me" Tara said backing up before Chad walked past Mindy straight to Sam "For the love of God" Chad said defeated at Celia and Mindy just laughed at him "Don't do it Sam" Mindy warned Sam as Chad scoffed "You know I would like some more respect and support from my fellow core five members especially you Cels" Chad said pointing at Celia who stuck both her hands up.
"Hey guys what the hell?" Anika called out to the group in the kitchen "Some weird shit is on the TV" Sierra said as the group walked in seeing Anika holding the remote turning the volume up "We are here outside the past homicide home with the prime suspects being Samantha Carpenter and Celina Riley" The reporter said "I wonder why they didn't use Weathers" Celia said pissed off knowing the truth "Two of the survivors of the Woodsboro killings in 2021 were seen attacking two woman on the street yesterday evening" The reporter carried on before the video of Sam being held back and Celia yelling at the girl covered in banana milkshake "After the killings in 2021, rumors spread online that Carpenter was the mastermind and Riley was the accomplice due to their past relations being the daughters of Billy Loomis and Mickey Altieri" The reporter finished as Celia just zoned out and Sam walked off towards the dining room with Tara behind her before Celia snatched the remote out of Anika's hand turning the TV off.
Celia, Chad and Mindy walked into the dining room and sat opposite the two sisters "it just sucks being this hated" Sam said as tears fell out of her eyes as Celia just sat there processing everything that just happened "Cels they lying you know you didn't do them so fuck them" Mickey said as he stood behind Sam and Tara "CeCe, you did everything you had to protect yourself and your friends" Dewey said standing next to Mickey "Hey, just a reminder no one in this room hates you" Chad told Sam as Mindy and Celia nodded their heads "We've all been through fucked up shit and we're coping with it differently. I mean we moved here together for a specific reason. We a team" Chad told the group as Mindy started laughing "We're the core fucking five" Mindy said "Thank you very much" Chad cheered as the group shook their heads "I hate myself" Mindy told the group as they all burst out laughing bring Celia back to her old friend group on movie nights at Tara's house her, Liv, Chad, Mindy, Wes, Tara and Amber even though Celia hated Amber's guts she still thought about the girl.
