New Theories And Thoughts

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry for not updating on reacts but I have a few new theories! I was looking through Unlocked when these formed in my head.

The Collective

I think Blur from the Collective is Jensi's brother. I'm not sure they ever mention his name. Anyway, he is a Phaser. Jensi's family genes include round cheeks and general chubbiness ( I think), and when Sophie went to Ravagog it was mentioned that she saw those things. Also, what I don't get is how NO ONE RECOGNISED SQUALL AND GRANITE. It is mentioned that there is only a layer of stone or frost on them. How did Dex not recognise his mother? And the same with Tiergan and Sophie! Also, how did Juline always manage to get away for Collective duty? This is all kind of suspicious for me.

Maruca and Biana

Maruca and Biana were close before Sophie arrived. Then, Maruca befriended Stina. But a few books later, Maruca and Biana are friends again after a massive argument?

HOW DOES THAT WORK? NO ONE EVEN APOLOGISED FOR ANYTHING! Or did they and I just forgot.

Not a theory, just a thought. 

Lady Gisela

Keefes mom, the vIlLaIn, is not my favourite character, but there's always been something off about her.

Of course, that may be cos she's a supervillain who wants power and anarchy.

But in Stellarlune when she revealed herself as a Conjurer, it was a bit messed up. How did she even know how to snap? She never practiced in Foxfire. And if she never learnt to control it, how on Earth did she kill Vespera like that? She may have gotten practice in her time away from Candleshade (when she was being a creepy cloak dude), but Edaline herself said that Conjuring needs lots and lots of practice. 

So  when did she get this practice? 

I think that she did get ability lessons. She became a Conjurer in school. Gisela doesn't mention any friends from Foxfire in the books, so she may not have had many (she did have a twisted mind, folks). A perfect way to ensure no one ever mentions her abilities, not that she knew so at the time. 

But this would mean someone from Foxfire, who had been her Conjuring mentor, knew. And helped erase her records. 

And this person would be close to the Councillors AND the Matchmakers. 

Councillors: Anyone, who still had a secret connection to Fintan. Fintan would have agreed.

Matchmakers: Rayni's (Glimmer) dad! Whose name I forgot. He was against it, and was known for tweaking answers. Besides, no one knows the elves ages!

This does not make sense, does it?
