I don't have many opportunities to go to the city, since all I need is here, but I wouldn't deny spending some time with my dad, and hang out a little bit.

Another long day at work, things are getting pretty intense, we have only three weeks to do the last piece to compete at DCS. The girls are all worried that we won't be able to finish till the competition. But today I came to rescue them with my abilities, I've been busy creating a sketch for a brand new piece, and today Lila is going to sleep very well!

- Wow! Claire, this is unbelievable, it is so unique, different and beautiful! I really think we can win with this piece.

- Thanks Lila!

- Congratulations Claire, you just won the Designer MVP!!

- Claire, this is amazing, I think we can rest now.

- Thank you girls! I really hope this helps us. But we still have to sew it, and it has to be impeccable!

- You can trust us, we will work only on this for the next three weeks, so I'm confident.

Lila, Mary and Lizzy are the best sewers I know, I think they will nail this time as well, and I trust them with my eyes closed.

- Hey Lila, Do you think I will be needed here next week?

- Well, I don't think it will have much to do here, since me, Mary and Lizzy will take care of the last piece.

- Hm, it's just because my dad needs some help at work, so next week I'm going on a business trip to the city with him. But if you really need me, I can talk t-

- Claire, It's fine! You can go, take your time to rest as well, you've been working so much, and you're only 20, you need to go out more and do these kind of young people stuff.

- Haha! You talk like you're a grandma. But seriously thank you, I think it will be good for dad, he's kinda lonely these days.

- I can imagine, poor man, abandoned by his only true love, left with just his daughter and nothing else. At least you guys are rich, so you don't need to worry to much!

- We're far from rich! And you don't need to feel sorry for him, he has the best person by his side.

- Hah, you're a funny girl. And you're far from being the best company.

- Heyyy!!

- Sorry, gotta work! Hope you find a hot guy in the city, so you can marry him and get out of my way!

- You know that's not going to happen.

- Everything can happen. Now go home, cause I have important stuff to do!

Marrying, was one of the least important things in my life, of course I wanted to do it someday, but it should take a long time.

I spent a great part of my life dating some boy, whose name I don't even want to pronounce. He broke me, in every possible way. He only wanted me, when he needed something, he stole my family's savings, he stole all of my "friends", he forced me to do things I wasn't ready to do, and worse, he cheated on me, the night my mom left me, the night I was most vulnerable, he was out there, with some random girl, probably promising her a beautiful future.

And I don't want to go through that all over again, just for the sake of a relationship, so i'm going to take my time.

After getting some time to rest at home, I finish watching a movie with dad and go upstairs, to pack my bags for our one week trip to the city.
