That's one of my favorite pictures of Dougz. When I look at pictures, listen to, or read stuff I can get a sense of "who" it is.

And that picture gives me Arion vibes. And I love that.

"Dr. (Your Last Name), your 5:30 appointment is here. Would you like for me to send him back?" Your receptionist, Celine, spoke to you through your office phone.

When you looked down at your Apple Watch to see the time, it read 5:23 pm. He was early. You would've been grateful any other day, but you had to cut your lunch short today. You were having a late lunch today because today's appointments seemed to be back-to-back, leaving you no time to eat. You were left with almost twenty minutes between your last appointment and the current one.

You clicked the buzzer indicating she could send your patient back as you wiped your mouth and swallowed the remaining food.

When a firm knock came on your door, you stood up from your office chair and moved from behind the Mahogany desk. You walked to the office door and pulled it open. On the other side, there stood one of your longer -- but favorite -- clients, Arion -- known to most as the rapper Dougie B.

With a smile, you stepped to the side, allowing Arion to enter and sit on one of the couches in your office.

"Good evening, Arion. How are you?" You asked as you moved toward your desk. When you got in front of it, you grabbed the notebook that was solely for Arion -- just like all of your other clients had -- and a pen. Once you collected said items you made your way across the room to sit next to Arion on the couch he was currently sitting on.

When you were situated and comfortable, next to and facing him, Arion greeted you back. "Wassup? I'm fine." He kept it simple.

You gave a slight nod. "Okay... Do you mean 'fine' as in 'I'm actually okay', or do you mean it as 'I don't feel the need to open up about what's been going on'?" You asked wanting to know the truth. "And just to remind you, you have to talk anyway. And if not, then you can leave. I don't want to keep you somewhere you don't want to be. It's a waste of my time as well as your own." You spoke to him in a soft voice. You didn't want to come off as rude because that's not your intention. But your intention was to make it clear that you weren't going to waste your time with this session, just to try and force a grown man to talk about his feelings.

After two minutes of silence, you stood with a huff. "Alright, Mr. Howard. Thanks for coming in today." You spoke as you made your way to the planner on your desk that held all your appointments. "Umm... I'm free next Tuesday at... 6:00 in the evening. Does that work for you? Hopefully, you'll actually speak next week," You said smartly while turning to face Arion.
