Its been quiet some time since I first started school in Forks, and met Emmett and his family.

since then a lot has occurred. one being Emmett and I had gone from being friends to dating. two being I found out exactly what they are. 

when I had found out I was actually shocked to know what my boyfriend is.

see the day I had found out what the Cullens really are Emmett and I was spending time at my place talking about different things. and I had brought up my fascination with immortals mainly vampires.

"I mean I've seen movies and I've read books but to actually meet or be a vampire would be nice. I mean yea you'd watch those you love grow old and die. but if you don't have anyone then you're not gonna suffer from heartache. I mean it's like a second chance at life even though it's for eternity. and if I was ever given the opportunity to be one I'd go for it. but I'd have things I'd wanna do before I turn. some human experiences I'd want to do." I had told Emmett

"like what?" he asked

"sex, marriage, maybe having a kid. I mean if I couldn't birth them then I'd adopt one." I replied

"that's not bad reasoning to stay human a bit longer if you was to change" he said

"I mean if given the oppuitnuty say you was a vampire and wanted to change me or I had to be changed i'd not pressure you. i'd hope you'd complay with my wants before turning me" I said

"I am one" he said

"unless there was a-" 

I trailed off and looked at him

"what?" I asked

"yeah. I am one" he replied

"You are my favorite immortal?" I asked

he smiled while nodding his head.

"holy fuck. this is ...wow" I said

I had talked endlessly which is something I do when I get really excited about something.

then when reality had hit I sat there not saying a word and took it all in.

once the whole shock wore off I went back to being normal.

"that explains the lack of sleep, the freezing skin, the honey-golden eyes or ember whichever one." I said

"It's not the main eye color you have when turned. this is the one you have when you don't drink from humans" he explained.

"so you what feed from animals?" I questioned

"yeah. My family and I are called vegetarians. there is another coven like us but they live in Alaska" he  told me

I sat there processing the extra information he had shared.

after that, he took me to his adoptive parents house and I learned so much more about them. from their abilities if they have them and their rules. I promised and assured them that their true identity wasn't gonna be spilled from my lips. that their secret will be taken with me to my grave. or kept for all eternity.

another thing that has happened is Emmett explained what I mate is. he told me it's like human's soul mate only this one is the vampires whole world. there isn't any other being that is made for them than their mate.

to know that I'm gonna have Emmett for the rest of my life was one hell of an incredible feeling. 

I mean he accepts me for who I am he knows my story and doesn't lowly or different of me. and he loves me for me not who society thinks I should be.
