"Miss Sauter? Mr. Stark has required your presence in the meeting room effective immediately." JARVIS announced into her room.
"JARVIS, can you please tell Mr. Stark that I am unable to attend the meeting?" Calliope responded. She really didn't want to go to that meeting. It's going to be about the party that Tony's going to throw for Christmas, and she wanted nothing to do with that.
"Mr. Stark told me you would say that and to tell you that you had to come or he would shut off the Wi-Fi."
Callie rolled her eyes. "Of course he will. Ok JARVIS. Tell him I'll be right down."
"Very well, Miss Sauter."
She sighed and rolled out of bed. She walked out of her room and to the elevator where she met Bucky.
"He called you too?" Bucky said as he walked into the elevator.
"Yep. It's so stupid. I don't even want to go to this fucking party." Callie complained as she walked in after Bucky and stood beside him.
They stood in silence until the elevator doors opened and they were on the right floor. Callie stepped out first, Bucky following close behind. They both walked into the meeting room to see everyone else already there staring at them.
Tony stood up and raised his hands. "Finally! I told you not to be late!"
"Oh, I'm sorry Stark. But I have better things to do than hear you plan some pointless party. Consider yourself lucky that I'm here at all." She walked over to an empty seat next to Nat and sat down.
Tony rolled his eyes and began speaking. "So, now that we're all here, I just wanted to go over some parts of my party with you guys. Dress fancy. Like at a red carpet. This party should define grace and elegance."
Everyone got really excited to dress up except for Callie.
"I'm so excited! We have to go dress shopping!" Wanda yelled to Nat and Callie.
"I'm totally in!" Nat called back smiling profusely.
"There is no way in hell that I'm going dress shopping." Callie crossed her arms and huffed.
"Please Callie? Please, please, pleeeeeease?" Wanda and Nat both stood in front of her and gave her puppy dog eyes.
"Fine. But only so you two don't combust from excitement." She rolled her eyes and sighed again.
The two girls squealed in excitement. "We have to go to the mall! Right now!" Wanda exclaimed attempting to drag Calliope out of the room.
"Hang on! The meetings not over yet!" Tony yelled annoyingly.
Then, an idea donged on Callie. If she went dress shopping, she wouldn't have to hear Stark ramble on about this anymore. A grin grew across her face.
"Sorry Stark. They insisted I come with them. Nothing I can do about it." She stopped struggling against Wanda and Nat was already at the front door. Wanda yanked Callie away as she smirked and waved to Tony, knowing exactly what she did.
"See you later!" Wanda yelled before running out the door and to the car outside.
Then, Callie realized something; now she has to do dress shopping.
She got in the car and groaned, putting her hands on her face in frustration.
Wanda was practically jumping with excitement as she jumped into the backseat of the car. "Drive Nat!"
Nat smiled and floored it out into the street from the parking garage.
"Next stop, the mall!" Nat said excitedly.
"Oh goodie." Callie said sarcastically. This was gonna suck.
