"Callie, come here! Look at this one!" Wanda called from the other end of the store. She sighed and dragged her feet all the way there.

"I saw 3 more over there!" With a swish of her fingers, Wanda brought 3 more dresses over to her.

"Wan, isn't this a bit... much?"

"What? No. You're not getting all of them. These are just to try on." Wanda shoved 6 dresses into Callie's hands and pushed her into the dressing room.

"Try the red one on first!" Nat called into the stall. Callie stuck out a thumbs up and slipped into the dress.

She looked in the mirror and stopped.

No. No way. She thought. It showed too many of her scars.

"Nope, not this one." She called out to them.

"C'mon, at least show us! You don't have to get it, just let us see!" Nat said.

"Guys, I said no." She took the red dress off and threw it over the top of the stall.

She found a blue one that again, showed too much skin. Too many scars. But, if she didn't start showing the girls soon, someone would implode.

"Ok, this is a blue, sparkly one." She stepped out and showed the girls the dress.

"Oh. My. GOD! You look amazing! You have to get that one!" Wanda jumped up and down excitedly.

"No."

Wanda's face dropped. "But why?"

"I just don't like it." Callie huffed and walked back into the stall. She tried on dress after dress, but didn't like how she looked in any of them. She put all of them back and sighed.

"Callie, you have to find something." Wanda frantically searched around the store trying to find her a dress.

Just then, a sales lady was putting a dress on a stand in the window.

That's the one

Callie immediately walked up to the lady. "Can I try that one one before you put it up?"

"Sure!" The lady handed her the dress and she thanked her and walked back to the other girls.

"Really? That one?" Wanda said, pointing to the dress.

Callie glared at her. "Yes this one. Is that a problem?"

Wanda put her hands up defensively. "No, no. Go ahead and try it on."

Callie nodded and took the dress into the dressing room. After a few minutes, she had the dress on and looked in the mirror. She loved it. It was perfect.

She walked out and showed the girls. "I think it's the one."

Both of their jaws dropped. "Callie, it's beautiful." Nat said in awe.

(This is the dress I chose, but you can pick whatever)

"It's very... black." Wanda said. "But it suits you!"

Callie smiled the first smile the girls had seen all day. They all could tell that this was the one.

The girls checked out (using Tony's credit card of course) and walked back to the car. Turns out, Callie didn't hate it as much as she thought she would. It was a decent day.
