Back at Pan's camp, the Lost Boys are chanting. Henry watches them from a distance as he gets approached by a Lost Boy named Devin. Devin nudges Henry with a stick once he gets close enough to him.
Devin scoffs as he says- So, you're the kid Pan's been looking for all this time.
He nudges Henry harder making Henry step back.
Henry- Ask him.
Devin attacks Henry playfully. Startled, Henry jumps out of Devin's reach.
Henry- Stop it!
Devin- If you can't take this, how are you gonna handle what Pan has in store for you?
Looking down, Henry sees a stick on the ground. Nodding, Devin encourages Henry to pick up the stick, and as soon as the stick is in Henry's hand, Devin charges at him making them engage in a playful fight.
Pan watching says- Not bad. But wouldn't it be more fun, if you had real swords?
Henry- I've never used real sword.
Pan says to Henry- This is Neverland and you have the heart of the truest believer. You can use whatever you want. *places hand on Henry's shoulder* You just need to believe, Henry. Close your eyes and believe you're holding a real sword.
Henry closes his eyes and believes, the next time he opens them again he has a sword where the stick used to be.
Pan- What are you waiting for? Go on.
Henry charges Devin. The Lost Boys cheering as they watch.
Pan- Go on! Go for it! Keep going! Come on!
With one stroke of his sword, Henry cuts his opponents stick in half.
Pan- Come on, Henry!
Again Henry charges Devin, this time he cuts Devin's cheek drawing blood.
Henry shocked- I'm sorry. It was an accident.
Pan- Henry. Don't you know the best thing about being a Lost Boy? *hands Henry his sword back* You never apologize. *turns to Lost Boys* Come on.
The Lost Boys cheer loudly as Pan encourages Henry to raise his arm in a victorious gesture.
Henry pleased- Yeah.
