Chapter 1: The First Encounter
Daisy Mae Johnson was a simple girl who had big dreams. She had just started her first job as a receptionist in a prestigious company in the city. On her first day of work, she was nervous and excited at the same time. She had been waiting for this opportunity for a long time, and now that it was finally here, she wanted to make sure she did everything right.
As she was nervously waiting for her boss to arrive, a man suddenly walked in the door. He was tall, handsome, and had an air of confidence about him. Daisy Mae couldn't help but stare as he walked past her and went straight to the elevator.
"Excuse me, miss," the man said, turning around to face Daisy Mae. "Do you know where the CEO's office is?"
Daisy Mae was taken aback by his sudden question, but she quickly composed herself and pointed him in the right direction.
"Thank you," the man said before disappearing into the elevator.
Little did Daisy Mae know that the man she had just encountered was none other than Ethan Alexander Brown, the young billionaire CEO of the company she worked for.
