Justice's Point of View
Oct. 27. 2014
I stared at her eyes. Brown; the color everyone finds the dullest. I find them beautiful. They're like this pure night, you know? Filled with darkness, yet somewhere in there... you'll find twinkles. You'll find beauty. And happiness.
Jasmine's eyes were brown. The best brown I know. Just because she has them.
"What?" She giggled rolling her eyes playfully.
"Nothing just observing."We had been laying in grass for hours supposed to be staring at the clouds but I lost focus and glared at her. We came out here often to talk about things. I mostly talked about my daughter. She gives me life. She gives me everything I could ask for in a daughter. And she's so beautiful.
"How's Munroe?" My thoughts were interrupted just to hear about my daughter anyways. So I smiled happily and answered.
"Great. She's turning three next month and is expecting you there."
Jasmine laughed softly and nodded in mute.
I gazed back at the clouds and thought. If everyday was like this,,,, what's the point of heaven?Jasmine's Point of View
I saw him look back at the clouds and read his mind. He was happy. It was enunciated enough on his smile. I gladly but silently turned away. I reached for his hand gently.
I but my lip to prevent myself from spilling any dumb excuse on why I made a move.
I could feel his eyes on me. It was then when I felt a violent tingle in my stomach. He was everything to me and to feel as though he was even slightly concentrated on me made me ecstatic.
"Jasmine..you're absolutely beautiful to me."
Those words brought me to peace. I loved Justice. And every little thing about him. All the little things he says. All the little things he does. I'm completely head over heels for him. There was no more to it.
Before I knew it, a deafening ringtone rung and I flinched in hesitation.
"S-sorry, I have to take this, Jaz."
I nodded quietly but understanding and watched him slowly stand up and walk over to a large tree who's leaves were of all colors.
I sat down patiently but curiously waiting for him to continue on with this.
I later heard small sobs turning my attention rapidly.
"N-no... Please, stop."
I stood up confused but quick to his aid.
"Justice..?"
He turned to me as his hazel eyes poured water.
"Get her out of there.. p-please. I'm being serious! Don't let them fucking touch her!" His loud voice was hoarse, yet hurt. I started to shake nervously before placing my hand on his back. Instead of calming down, he threw my hand off him. I took a couple steps back and I could see his eyes start to swell. And little did I know that this would all change us. For the worse.
