Here is a breakdown of my mentoring wish list!

I write and read romance, including all of its subgenres, so I am open to almost anything in this genre, and would like to focus on that. I am not adverse to explicit sex in stories, so a book with a high steam level is perfectly fine!!

I am looking for contemporary romance of all sub genres! I am open to stories with:

- YA, NA, and mature all welcome

- Explicit/open door sex scenes - with consent

- "Gentle Kink" - eg; gentle anal, tieing up, use of toys, dirty language, masturbation, oral sex, one night stand, sex while slightly intoxicated (alcohol)

- Slight age gap as long as younger character is of legal age

- Mild Violence/physical trauma - car crashes or accidents, fist fights, non life threatening injuries

- Mild substance abuse - drug use, alcohol, smoking

Diversity:

I am open to diverse and inclusive characters and relationships. We can all benefit from sharing these stories, even if we are not familiar with the stories and cultures represented.

I am capable of mentoring in the following diverse areas with lived experience:

- Characters on the ASD/ADHD/GAD spectrum

- Characters living with chronic disease

- Characters with estranged family dynamics

- Characters dealing with death/traumatic loss

- Characters recovering from domestic/sexual assault and abuse

- Characters recovering from addiction

- Childbirth/pregnancy/c-section

An additional critique partner would be beneficial for the following character relationships above my own mentoring, as I do not have lived experiences in the following areas:

- LGTBQ+ relationships/characters and experiences

- BIPOC relationships/characters and experiences

- Indigenous relationships/characters and experiences

- Adoption/orphan relationships/characters and experiences

POV: Any and all!

Word Count: anything above 100,000 words may require more time than we have to get through, and may be a case where the book needs to be edited for length or split into two books. Aiming for 2500 words per chapter, and thirty to thirty-five chapters is ideal.
