WORST MISTAKE

Chapter 6 The Beach Party

After Alexis left, willow called Sarah to let her know she was coming over. Willow grabbed her car keys and walked out the front door locking it behind her. She got in her car and drove to the Cameron's house. Once she got into the driveway she could see rose and ward sitting out on the porch drinking wine. She got out of her car and went over to them.
"Hey mr and mrs Cameron" willow said as she stopped on the porch.
"Hey sweetie" rose said to her
"Where your parents headed off to?" Ward asked willow
"They went to buy another car" willow said as she walked inside.

She made her way upstairs, she called for Sarah but there wasn't an answer. As willow pulled out her phone to call Sarah, willow heard something fall to the ground. She looked around but didn't see anything by her fall. Than there was a thud, like someone hit a wall. She followed the noises to the door at the end of the hall. The thud was louder this time, like some one fell to the floor. She jumped as soon as she heard that loud thud, she thought Sarah was hurt. She opened the door quickly call her name.
"Sarah! Sarah are you alri- ohh" willow said as she opened the door
Sarah quickly covered up with the blanket in the bed, and topper's head popped up from the side of the bed.
"Willow, I I don't know you were going to get here so fast" Sarah sass she looked down at herself than at topper
"I should have knock" willow said as she turned around and shut the door.
Willow made her way down the hall and out to the back yard of the Cameron's house. She sat down, at the table on the back deck. She noticed a liquor bottle sitting on the table with a glass, she took the bottle and poured herself a glass.
"I don't think your supposed to be drinking that" a voice said behind her.
"Sorry I was just... Rafe?" Willow said as she turned around and saw him standing there. Rafe looked willow up and down.
"Nice jacket" Rafe said as he smiled
Willow looked down to she she was in rafes jacket he had let her use at the party.
"Nice isn't it" willow said with a smile on her face
"So what are you doing out here all by yourself" Rafe asked willow as he sat down across from her.
"I was here for Sarah, but I think she had other plans" willow said as she took the glass up to her mouth.
"Mhmm" Rafe nodded as he understood, willow.
There was a bit of awkward silence, willow was a bit uncomfortable from the silence. As rafe was about to speak Sarah came out.
"Sorry Willow, I didn't think that you were here" Sarah said coming outside.
"It's okay" willow said as she laughed.
Topper came outside right after.
"You ready" topper asked rafe
"Yeah, let's go" Rafe said as he stood up from the chair. They started to walk away
"Hey rafe" willow said as rafe turned around
"Here, thanks for letting me borrow it" willow said as she took off the jacket and handed it to rafe.
"Uhh thanks" Rafe said as he was a bit nervous taking the jacket. Topper gave Rafe a look of "you fucking her" look.
"Don't, don't even go there" Rafe said as he started to walk away. Topper ran up behind him grabbing his shoulders. Willow watched as topper was getting all up in his Business as rafe pushed him off.
"He's never done that" Sarah said standing behind willow
"Done what" willow asked as she turned to face Sarah
"Get nervous, like that. He never gets nervous." Sarah said as she watched Rafe leave
"Maybe because topper was there" willow suggested
"No, he never has. Wait, the jacket. Did u sleep with him" Sarah said
"WHAT! No no, I didn't sleep with him" willow said very surprised. Sarah gave willow the look.
"Really Sarah, no I'm not sleeping with him, when we went to that party he let me borrow it. It was cold outside." Willow said to Sarah
"He gave you his jacket?" Sarah asked very surprised and shocked
"Yeah?" Willow said very confused
"He gave you his jacket willingly" Sarah said is complete shock
"Yeah, I don't see what the big deal is" willow said
"THE BIG DEAL? The big deal is, is that he NEVER and I mean never gives a girl, let alone my friends, at jacket." Sarah said
"I doubt that" willow says laughing it off
"NO, no I mean it, he always fucks around with girls, he never shows them actual affection. He has a new girlfriend like every day" Sarah says.

Willow was a bit upset by what Sarah had said and she didn't know why. Maybe it was the way Rafe treated her, or the way he treats other girls. Willow didn't know but she felt hurt.
"You okah" Sarah said as she could see willow was hurt
"Yeah, I'm okah" willow said as she turned around from Sarah
"Okah, well there's a party, at the beach. Wanna come" Sarah said trying to lighten the mood.
"Yeah, yeah let's go" willow said as she turned around to face Sarah.

Sarah and willow got in Sarah's car, leaving willow's car in the driveway. They drove down to the beach and got drinks. Everyone was at the beach, didn't matter if you were poor or not, everyone was there. Sarah saw her boyfriend there.
"Hey willow I'm going to take a walk with my boyfriend" Sarah turned to willow to say as she said to willow.
"Yeah go headed" willow said as she watched Sarah and topper walk off away from the crowd.

Alexis and jj were sitting on a log talking to each other laughing, and having a good time. John b was heading out beers when he looked over and saw Sarah. She was standing on this red tower on the beach, looking out into the water. With the wind in her hair. John b fell right for her, he has had a crush on her for awhile but in that moment, it was like he had seen her for the first time. He watched as Sarah's boyfriend yelled at her to be careful and to get down. John b rolled his eyes. Kie was sitting with some of her friends while, pop was flirting with two other girls. Willow got herself a refill of her drink and went to sit down. Once she sat down Rafe soon joined her. He didn't say anything, he was a bit embarrassed by what topper had said after willow gave him back the jacket.
"So, umm. Is it true that you fuck around with girls" willow said as she looked down. She didn't know why she had said that. But that's what she said, she was a bit embarrassed from saying that, but more importantly she didn't want Rafe to think that she liked him by that question. The way she had said that, he definitely thought she liked him.

"Oh, well I wasn't expecting that" Rafe said very surprised but laughed nervously.
"But is it true" willow said as her voice began to break like she was crying.
He didn't answer at first, he had seemed a bit embarrassed or just very uncomfortable.
"Yeah, I do" Rafe said. At this point he was ashamed, but tried his best to hide it.
Willow nodded her head as she looked down. She had felt like she was betrayed. They weren't even anything so willow was confused on why she felt like that.
"Sorry, I didn't mean for that to come out like that at all, I just heard a rumor." Willow said as she started to put her hair up on a clip.
"Yeah, I get that. You just seemed upset" Rafe said as he looks like he wasn't ashamed with him fucking around with girls.
"What? No I wasn't upset.'why would I be upset, it's not like we're dating or anything. Why would I care" willow said as she tried to laugh it off. There was awkward silence between them. As Rafe was about to speak there was yelling down but the water. Willow stood up and made her way to the noise.

Down by the water Sarah and topper were down by the way with jj and John b, jj was drinking and waisted and trying to get Sarah to drink. Topper was annoyed with jj and he pushed him. John b go into the middle as jj went back to throw a punch at topper. Topper and John b started to fight. Topper got John b face first into the water, as he started to drown him. At this point everyone was yelling as John b started to drown, but nice willow go there she saw her sister. Jj took out a gun and shot three shots in the air. Everyone started to run in the opposite direction. Alexis grabbed jj's arm and pulled it down. Jj put the gun in his waist belt and they started to help John b up. Willow watched tariffed. Sarah and topper came over by willow dragging her away. They got to the car and put willow in the passenger seat Rafe was driving. Sarah and topper were in the back. Willow was still in shock she couldn't remember or see anything. Rafe put his hand on her thigh shaking her. Once she came to her sense's she looked over at him tariffed. Rafe held her hand the whole way home.

John b, jj and Alexis went back to John b's house once they got there things started to cool down. John b fell asleep because of how drunk he was. Jj and Alexis were sitting outside on the doc talking, still drinking more beer, on thing led to another, and the were in the spare bedroom in John b's house sleeping with each other. Jj was on top of Alexis, John b woke up and went into the spare bedroom thinking it was a bathroom. He walked in on jj and Alexis
"Hey man get out of here" jj said throwing an empty beer cane at the door, John b shook his head and shut the door. And than John b went back to bed. John b didn't remember that he had walked in on jj and Alexis.
