It's raining since last week. They say the weather's bad when it's raining but it's really not, well, for me. Because coffee tastes great when it's raining. The raindrops that's falling to the windows at the cafè and the calming sound it makes, I just love rain. It comforts me for some reason. I wore a knitted longsleeved top kasi malamig ang hangin.

I am studying architecture. Katatapos ko lang gumawa ng plates at naghahanda na akong umuwi maya-maya. I have been here for 5 hours, dumiretso na ako dito nung nag cancel ang class namin sa last subject ko ngayong araw. I lightly massaged my neck while I stared at the raindrops by the window, the clouds were very gloomy, madaming tao ang tinitingnan ko sa daanan, they were doing their own business. I silently hoped na sana ok lang sila, all of the people have different situations—good or bad. I was lost in my own thoughts ng may nagsalita.

"Excuse me miss, pwede bang umupo dito?"

I stared at the nerdy looking guy in front of me. I looked around and saw that the cafè was unusually full.

"Sure."

Pero bago pa siya makaupo may umupo ng lalaki sa upuan sa harap ko.

"This seat is not occupied, is it?" he said while grinning.

The nerdy guy who asked me the seat a while ago started to walk away, not wanting to cause any trouble since the current guy that is sitting in front of me looked like someone who does MMA, but before the nerdy looking guy could leave, I stood up and got my things.

"Hey, you can have my seat. I'm going anyways." I told him while flashing a small smile. He smiled at me back and mouthed 'thank you'.

I got out of the café and it rained harder than earlier. I don't have a choice but to run and get soaked.  As I was about to run, someone offered me an umbrella. I stared at it for a while with my brows furrowed. Stalker ba to? Alam ko namang maganda ako pero I don't have time for this!

"Hindi mo ba kukunin? Nangangawit na ang kamay ko." The MMA guy at the cafè said.

"No, thank you." I just replied to be polite. I didn't smile at him because as I know na he's a playboy, he gave off that vibe—the types who will just want to get under someone's panties. I feel bad for stereotyping him pero nangingibabaw ang trust issues ko, ang ayaw ko pa naman sa lahat ay yung nagugulo ako. Gulo lang dala nito for sure. He'll pursue me because he thinks I'm interesting, make me fall and then left me hanging. Naku he's targeting the wrong person, the books I have read all these years never failed to open my eyes to people like him.

Tumakbo ako pero bago pa ako mabasa ng ulan someone put an umbrella on top of me, shielding me from the rain. My first thoughts as I glanced at him siya na naman at....ang guwapo niya pala. His intimidating eyes and brows matched perfectly with his perfectly sculpted nose and jaw and his lips.....they were kissable.

I did not know what to say kaya I just started walking towards the parking lot at sumunod naman siya. My brows furrowed as I accidentally glanced at his shoulders, it was very wet and I looked at the umbrella and noticed na halos sa akin lang yun naka payong kaya pala hindi ako nababasa.

We were almost at my car so I slowly stopped. I glanced at him and planned to say thank you pero parang umurong yung boses ko. Pano ba naman kasi? He was smirking like a damn idiot except that he was hot.

"Are you always on that cafè?"

"Yeah." tipid kong sagot, tunog uninterested kahit na bumilis ang pintig ng puso ko.

"Walang thank you?" he said while flashing that annoyingly mesmerizing smile.

"Thank you nga pala" I said while slowly turning my back on him to go to my car pero bago ko pa nagawa yun I caught his lips stretched out more for a smile as I said my gratitude. Muntik ko nang makalimutan mag thank you, how rude laurie!
