Drawbacks : Not really any, you just get really tired that's all

Wind
You can create and manipulate wind
You can make weapons, shields and whatever you want out of it
Drawbacks : Your weapons can turn against you and you can't control the wind anymore
Eijiro Kirishima
Blood
Your quirk is blood manipulation
You can also make blood weapons, shields and whatever
Drawbacks : Headaches, you start bleeding from your eyes, nose, ears and mouth.
Denki Kaminari
Portals
You can create portals.

Drawbacks : Too many portals get everywhere so you have to take a break and try again later
