"I do not know about thou, but I do not particularly fancy heading back to class," Atticus said, and you looked at your feet, nodding. You both stood there for a minute, before he snapped his fingers and you looked up at him.

"I have an idea to help cheer thee up. What if we held a picnic outdoors? It is drawing close to lunch now," he suggested, and you did like the idea, so you grabbed your backpack, and as the two of you walked to the door, you realized that while the previous events were transpiring, it had started a downpour. As you opened the door and were hit in the face with a blast of water and wind, Atticus yelped and yanked you backwards, slamming the door.

"...Maybe this wasn't the best weather for a picnic," he said sheepishly. He looked at the sky, downtrodden, and you sighed. He looked up at you, and for a second, you thought he looked sad. Then, his face appeared to light up under his hood, and he snapped his fingers again.

"I have had another idea! Let's play video games for the rest of the day!" He says enthusiastically. You can't help but nod along, happy to see him so enthused. He grabs your wrist and your stomach decides to join a contest for most convincing vivillion as he drags you up the stairs to his dorm room.  Beside you, your little shiny zorua trots along, having popped out of its pokeball for a walk. You reach down and pick it up, placing it on your shoulder. It gives you an adorable yip. Atticus looks back at you, spotting your buddy on your shoulder.

"Hello little fellow!" He says, letting go of your wrist to pet your little shoulder buddy. The two of you keep walking for a bit until you reach his dorm. He unlocks the door, and welcomes you inside. The first thing you see when you walk in is his neat and tidy kitchen, its cupboards neatly organized. On the other side of the room is his bed, his desk, on which a sewing machine sat, and a TV. There were a couple of gaming consoles hooked up to the TV, and a beanbag chair sitting in front of it. Your zorua jumps down and runs over to the beanbag chair, intrigued. Atticus laughs, and walks over sitting down next to the beanbag chair.

"I see thou are't enjoying my chair," he said, petting it. You smile, and walk over, sitting down on the other side of the chair. Your zorua settles down on the chair and refuses to move until Atticus's skuntank pops out of its pokeball and tries to sit on the chair, too. Zorua moves over, and the two share the chair. Atticus gets up and walks to the kitchen, opens a cupboard, and grabs a bag of chips and a bowl. He puts some chips in the bowl, and you fidget, not really knowing what to do with your hands. He comes back over, but instead of sitting where he had been sitting before, he set the bowl of chips down next to you, grabbed a couple of controllers, and sat down next to you. You were instantly conscious of the few inches between the two of you, and apparently, Atticus noticed this, too.

"O-oh, sorry, am I making thee uncomfortable?" He stammered, turning a light  shade of pink.

"No, not at all," you responded, your stomach winning the most-convincing vivillon competition. He nodded, and turned on the gaming console. He scrolled through his game library before stopping on one with art of a bunch of shopping cars on a racetrack.

"Would thou like to play MartKarts?" He asked, and you nodded. He booted up the application, then reached up and took off his hood. You just sat there, stammering slightly and turning pink.

"W-what? I was getting a bit warm," he explained, turning a slight pink and looking away. You just sat there, in awe of his beauty and at a loss for words. He handed you a controller, and hit play. The character select menu came up, and he started choosing his character. You decided to pick the turtle character, because turtles are awesome, and you looked over at his to  see that he had selected the dinosaur character. It slightly resembled a turtle, as it also had a shell.
