"I'm not that little girl you left there to die anymore," she said, her voice cold and steady as she faced her attacker. The man who had once held her captive and left her for dead now stood before her, his eyes wide with shock and fear. But she felt no pity for him. No compassion. Only a fierce desire for justice. For revenge. "You should have finished the job," she continued, stepping closer to him. "You should have made sure I was dead. But you didn't, and now you're going to pay for your mistake." The man tried to back away, to plead for mercy, but she was already upon him. Her hands were strong and quick, and she knew exactly where to strike. In a matter of seconds, the man was on the ground, gasping for air. And as she looked down at him, she felt a sense of satisfaction wash over her. She was no longer a victim. She was a survivor. And she would do whatever it took to protect herself and those she loved.
