Enrico Maxwell.
The name itself is enough to send tremors down anyone's spine. From his silver hair to violet eyes, Catherine Grimm was graced by him by their first encounter.
They first met via Hellsing. After being in protective custody by the Hellsing Orginization, Catherine became friends with the staff rather quickly. Her parents Kholoris Grimm and Alexander Grimm died from vampires.
Yes, vampires. I know what you are thinking, what a cliché.
But it was Melenium that caused her greif. Those Nazi bastards with their plans for war, and attempts to capture the world. With Catherine's parents being active human rights activists, they were obviously the first to be plucked off. Catherine had to run until her legs gave way beneath her, inevitably causing herself to run directly into a tall man, clad in red and black watching her with brightest orange hues she had ever came across; thus landing her at Hellsing.

Hellsing itself wasn't bad. Homey... Sir Integra, the owner of the estate was pleasant enough, treating her to the finest commodities. Catherine had nothing to complain about. Yet, there was one thing that seemingly irked her. The sleeping schedule. Catherine was built to stay awake during the day, obviously a luxury only she enjoyed.

Catherine was, as you could imagine, in shock. Only just a few weeks hence she had only heard of vampires as some mystical creatures, such as fairies or elves... The fairy tail stories from Bram Stoker told her so. But now as she stood face to face with them every day, well drat... Night, it became increasingly difficult to believe the stories to be true.

When Catherine first laid eyes on Enrico Maxwell, she was perplexed by his grace. His charm and his handsome appearance. Even he seemed like a dream of which Catherine would wake up from too soon. Meanwhile, Enrico had a hard time focusing on the task at hand with initiating a conversation with Sir Integra. He stared down the human woman whom stood a mere few feet from him. Eleoquent, long locks of gold and brown flowing down her shoulders, her blue eyes complimenting the blue of her dress. She was gorgeous, a princess, a walking fairy tail. Although, his thoughts were cut rather short. He was the Bishop he wasn't supposed to hold feelings for a woman. It would be betraying his religion and what he lived and breathed for. Iscariot.

It took Enrico all of three seconds to ask her to walk with him through the gardens. Enrico knew what he was doing was a direct violation against the Vatican, against the Iscariot. Yet, he was enthralled with her. And she with him. He wanted to know more about her, whether she liked Italy, what she was interested in... He wanted to know everything plus more.

Being enthralled with Catherine was one of the best "mistakes" Enrico ever made. Talking with her, learning about her, hearing her gorgeous French accent... He was falling for her. Soon, Enrico realized that maybe blessings weren't just from God, but that Catherine Grimm was a blessing all to herself.
